I am writing to highly recommend the 11mm chain and squire lock package. Steve was very generous with his time explaining the details of the product to me.

We purchased it a couple of months ago to secure our bikes to our campervan using a lollipop shaped loop wrapped around the van's tow-hook suggested by Steve. This was a great idea as it meant we could buy a shorter length of chain - i'm sure Steve will explain. Anyway, great product - we always slept well knowing only a very competent thief would be able to steal our bikes.

I bought this 1.5 metre chain and lock to secure my new Storck bicycle. It was delivered within 24 hours of placing my order.

I had a brand new mountain bike stolen recently and was searching for something better than a cable lock. There are so many products out there so it was great to find a website which explains the different options. I liked the Protector chain but needed some advice on the locks. Steve got back to me very quickly and altered the package deal to include a lock that was more suited to my needs.
It all arrived today and is absolutley spot on.

The chain is well protected (as is my bike) by the thick nylon cover, which is tidy and clean edges.
The workmanship on the chain itself is very good, attracting comments from co-workers on the cleanness of the joins. The smooth surface means it won't be scratching the paint on my precious bike too.
Couldn't praise the pre-sales support enough, they gave me all the help and guidance I needed to make what was ultimately the best choice. Suggested length was spot on for my needs.
A great package, and I don't have to worry about my bike as there's no way a common criminal is getting through these items. Now just to think of a suitably mocking message to write on my lock for the would-be thieves...

Incredible kit..to be honest you dont get the feel for how chunky and weighty this chain and padlock are but believe me they will give you total piece of mind..thought about other products but noithign compares to this i will happily use this to secure both my bike and my wifes anywhere and never worry it is immense..yes a tad heavy but worth every penny buy one now is my advice if you care about your bikes
