An ingeniou slittle lock. Small and mighty! I'm super happy with this working alongside my accompanying 22mm Titan Chain for 'motorbike at home' security. Used with the Sub Major Ground Anchor, a high quality alarmed disk lock and a security camera on 24/7, I'm covering all the bases to avoid my bike dissapearing at least without evidence or a whole heap of noise and disruption. I truly cannot see anyone bothering to try! Pragmasis comms, timing, service and superb qaulity of items is exceptional. Thank you.

I bought this after the review on Bike Social. It's a seriously good piece of kit, especially when used in conjunction with the Protector chain. It's an ideal size for under-seat storage, or slipping into a bag/pocket. It feels really sturdy and well made and is a great price. The communication from David was first-class - I got the impression that he really cares about customers. I highly recommend buying from this company.

Love this compact padlock - works perfectly with my Protector 16mm chain, but I can also take it out with me to use as a disc lock.

Great quality lock chosen after a lot of research. Using as a disc lock on some planned trips and will be using it with a Pragmasis chain and groundanchor that I will be ordering in the near future for home security.

Just got my second one of these having been impressed by it’s top performance in Bennett’s bike social lock testing. It’s clearly bombproof as well as being compact, not so heavy and can be used as both a disc lock and as a super tough padlock on suitable chains (I use it with the adapter to fit the 19mm chain I have at home). At this price why wouldn’t you get one?

After seeing a Bennetts Insurance Youtube video where they were rated very highly by the real world tester I ordered two of these with matching keys. That gives me six keys, any one of which will open the locks, so I can carry a couple of spares with me and still have some at home. The locks themselves are excellent quality and feel pretty heavy duty. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I've two now and they are an excellent compact unit which fits the 16mm links perfectly. Great reviews from the security experts. Excellent value for money.

I've had one of these for years, it's been used and abused and hasn't missed a beat. Still looks like new too! I needed another lock and it was an easy choice to get the same again. Fit and finish is excellent and from my experience above, so is the durability.

I had managed to mislay the spare keys of my lock and taking in account the quality of the lock I judged it best to get some spare keys made.
Easier said than done when the little label with the key code is attached to the keys that went missing.
I contacted Pragmasis via the contact page of this website and the same day I got a response from the office with a proposed plan of action.
I sent my remaining key accompanied by the lock by 24 hour package tracked mail on Wednesday and on Saturday I had a jiffy envelope from Pragmasis in my letterbox containing the RoundLock RL21 with the existing key, and a separate wel wrapped item, containing 2 newly cut keys with a key code. There was also a kind reminder not to lose the key code this time.
This off course has a cost, but what a service, what a quality, thanks

Having had a squire lock that got stuck and required cutting off I was disturbed as to how easy it was (with an angle grinder). So in the market for a new lock, got one of these. Really clever design, no parts can be got to that won't spin if you try to grind the lock off. So good I bought another one!

I bought a pair of keyed alike RoundLocks, one to go with a 16mm Protector chain (which is used when the motorbike is away from home) and one to go with a 19mm Protector chain (used with the brilliant Torc Mega Ground Anchor). The RoundLocks are absolutely amazing. The design and construction would seem to be virtually unattackable. They are easy to use and seem to be well protected from dirt around the keyhole. They were sent really quickly and the Customer Service people were really outstanding with queries. Totally chuffed with these locks. Brilliant.

Bought a roundlock to use either a disc or chain lock. Seems robust and easily carried around. Clever design.

Ordered 2 keyed alike locks which arrived when they were scheduled to, and very quickly.
Not going to attack them to see how they stand up to an assault, but they seem to be substantial enough to do the job, yet small enough to be carried easily.
Would recommend these to anyone looking for a dual purpose lock from a company who will provide very good service.

Ordered two of these. One for my Triumph and one for my brothers HD Sportster. The roundlock was suitable to use as disc lock on the Sportster but not for my Triumph which has spiked wheels. Not an issue really as it is much better than my current padlock on my ground anchor chain. Really good quality, reasonable price and prompt delivery.

I initially found out about this lock from Bennetts Social and then of course from my favourite “lock picking lawyer”. I cannot stress how impressed I am with this product. I am so happy with the performance that I ordered twice!

Svartpilen 125:
Ordered the combo with the 16mm chain a year ago. The chain is very solid (and heavy) with no obvious weak links. It comes with a sleeve that protects the bike. Great chain indeed.

The little roundlock is what really impressed me though! It perfectly fits the front disc of my Svartpilen 125 so it doubles like a disc lock. Solidly made and heavy, I really believe it’s indestructible. If you’re the Lockpicking lawyer you can maybe pick it but for the rest of us it’s definitely very difficult to pick it.

Through a full year of constant use, the lock hasn’t deteriorated in any way. The core seems unaffected from the rainy UK weather and there are no signs of rust anywhere. The polished finish is exactly as it was the first day it arrived. All parts move like when was brand new.

The best part is the fact that it fits under the seat! Honestly, I can’t even fit the keys of my shed there but this lock fits. This is why I believe this lock a must have. There are no other options out there that are as compact while offering this level of security. Big plus is the very competitive price too!

Svartpilen 401:
I just bought the larger bike and guess what? The space below the seat is even tighter. It still fits!

I immediately bought another TWO locks openable with the same key. One for under the seat and one to leave with the chain. I like this practical option of keying two locks with the same key but maybe it shouldn't cost extra? You’re buying two after all. No biggie though.

There are no cons, just some nuisances. sometimes you have to rotate the key entry in order for the key to enter. It makes sense since the rotating parts are one of the reasons that this lock is indestructible so I can’t complain. Another nuisance is the fact that you have to use both hands in order to operate the lock but again, ithis is what makes this lock so secure. Honestly, no complains there.

Finally, the Pragmasis guys guided me through the process of selecting a lock and answered all my questions. They even advised on how to chain my bike etc. Also, the ordering process was smooth and all the orders arrived on time with no hassle.

Good communication and quick delivery. Decent lock, small Enough for jacket pocket and seems to be quality item. Only used a disc lock so far. Recommend over rubbish Oxford locks for sure.

Have waited a few months to review this great lock. It's been used so far as a disc lock on a covered bike outside. It's showing no signs of degradation after a tough winter only 200m from the sea. The keyway is still slick to use and you'd need Lockpickinglawyer skills to pick it. It fits easily in a pocket or under the seat for on the go security. It would be a tough lock to physically attack due to its roundness and the fact the two sections spin independently of each other. Highly recommend.

After reading reviews on all.the high end locks. I purchased 2 round locks to use as disc locks for less than half the price of the next serious contender. Well made, easy to carry and more than a match for your average scrote on a stolen scooter. Customer service is first-class. I will be spending more money with pragmasis.

I was looking to buy this for a while but only just got a bike where it would fit in the disc.
Great little lock, easily pocketable, light weight but has a 21mm shackle so more of a challenge to scrotes than my old disc lock.
Highly recommended.
