*New* Torc Mega Series III Ground Anchor - Fully Forged. 22mm thick Shackle. Easy DIY fit. Folds flat.

The Torc Mega Series III anchor has Sold Secure Motorcycle Diamond approval. It also has Sold Secure Caravan Gold (for the resin-based kits) and Motorcycle Gold, Bicycle Gold, ATV/Quad Gold, Car & Commercial Gold (i.e. everything but Caravan Gold) for all other fitting kits.

Police approval for the new Series III anchors is pending. UK Police Approved under the Secured By Design scheme and thus suitable for installation in building projects under the Code for Sustainable Homes.

The Torc Series III is available in two sizes. Click for the smaller Torc Maxi Ground Anchor.

Not suitable for fixing to paving slabs or block paving. (Please consider our soon-to-be-launched Bury-In ground anchor for any of those situations.)

Fitting kits for Concrete Floor, Brick Wall or Van (shown in photos 2, 3, and 4, respectively), also injection resin kits for more demanding situations, Block Wall kit (for the Torc Maxi, only) when there is no other option and an extended mounting helps to compensate for a poorer base/substrate. We detail the contents of each kit..

Drill bit: 12mm diameter included for Concrete Floor/Injection Resin, and 16mm diameter included for Brick Wall and Block Wall kits. SDS-Plus drill available at extra cost. No drill bit included in Van kits.

The following videos show the Series II anchor. The Series III is very similar, but it adds special hammer-in hardened steel plugs to give even more protection to the fixings. The updated fitting instructions explain the process in detail.

Bought this ground anchor in combination with the brick screws and it’s solid as a rock. Very happy with it and it pairs very well with the 19mm chain and round lock. I like how it folds away discretely when not in use but still very strong when needed.read more

Great product, great instructions/videos, arrived promptly. A good drill is needed for the concrete and a trial drill with a small masonry drill bit might be advisable if you're worried about the depth of the concrete. My garage floor was fine though. Witread more
