What a great company, I was looking for a solution to secure a Triumph Rocket 3 with limited access for a chain through the rear wheel or any other part of the bike, they took the time to provide lots of technical help and advice to find me the best (and most cost effective) solution, the product is the best I’ve found for motorbike security and would highly recommend them.

Bought this as I didn't want to have to dig a big hole in my garage floor and couldn't be happier. Supplied drill bit was great - though I do recommend drilling pilot holes with an 8mm bit first. Is very solid and service was great.

Been using this daily for 10 months and it's located outdoors so gets the full force of the elements. Despite this, after a quick wipe down it still looks like new! The quality is fantastic and this anchor has huge capacity if I want to double up on chains. Quality powder coating, a seriously thick shackle and a neat folding design

Great instructions, easy to follow and everything you need to fit is included, except obviously the hammer drill.

Two attempted break-ins made me think about better security. The TORC MEGA ANCHOR appealed. Received today (25.2.21). Fitted remarkably quickly to a concrete block wall. Installed two of these today to lock some bikes to, comes with everything you need, minus a hammer drill, pen and hammer. Really easy stepwise instructions, very solid once installed and looks great. Very happy with these and would definitely buy again!

I bought this ground anchor as I've had a bike stolen from a locked garage in the past. This anchor has seriously put my mind at ease as it's so sturdy.

I bought this following Bennetts review and the technical advice from Pragmasis' David. I was initially worried about having the right tools to install this, but I must say that the instructions are so precise, and the fitting kit is studied in detail: it included the drill bit with a mark to signal how deep your holes ought to be, and a bolt to help hammer in the caps.

In any case, I managed to screw it up, as one bolt didn't grip to the resin. Email exchange of pictures with David, and he advised on how to fix the problems. All it's fine now.

The Torc looks very solid, definitely thumbs up and a full recommendation.

I am very pleased with my recently installed security system. I have 3 bicycles secured by a Mega Ground Anchor, a 4m length of 13mm chain, and a Roundlock. It was easy to install & all the components work well together. Delivery was prompt, the kit included is comprehensive (the only thing I had to provide was a hired SDS drill) & the videos clear and confidence-inspiring. Strongly recommended!

The drilling was the hardest part, and I was glad that the pack provided drill bits too. The instructions are also well thought through and helpful.

I bought the ground anchor along with 16mm chain and round lock.Package arrived quickly with excellent communication about delivery slot. The product itself is top notch as is everything about Pragmasis.

I have had a series II torc for several years now. It was in the garage of my old house for years used with a 16mm chain to secure 2 mountain bikes. And is now bolted on to the front of my new house for securing my bike temporarily if I have to nip indoors.
As I now have room to keep my bikes indoors.
There are other very secure ground/wall anchors out there (I own several) but they are big and ugly unlike the torq that is compact by comparison and folds flat when not in use and does not look unsightly on the front of my house. I have an Abus that is similar in design (a moving shackle that folds down) but it has a U shackle rather than a solid D So despite looking every bit as secure as the torc would only need to be cut once were the torc woulD need to be cut twice.

As someone who has used and owned several anchors (Abus, Oxford, Squire and the Pragmasis. I recommend the pragmasis torc Highly, so much so when I needed another the torc was the one I bought.

As a side note the customer service at pragmasis is second to none.

Ultimate high standard in bike security. Follow the instructions carefully and you won't go wrong. For particularly high strength concrete floors, as in my case, follow recommendations to drill pilot holes successively larger first. Then finish with the supplied drill to enlarger the holes to their final size to save ruining the drill bit supplied.
[Pragmasis Comment: We do actually have some 8mm and 10mm drills in stock but haven't got around to putting them on the website, yet - Note to Self: Get on with it, Steve!]

I set the Torc Anchor in new concrete and it’s rock solid. David was incredibly helpful in helping me select what I needed. This ground anchor is super strong and lies flat and out of the way when not being used. I did a lot of research and this has to be the toughest anchor on the market.

My experience with this company has been second to none. The product arrived In good time with everything I needed to fix and idiot proof instructions. Took a total of about 15mins to fit and now I can rest easy knowing my expensive race bikes are as safe as they can be. Absolute quality and I’m chuffed to bits.
