Yes, I know, it's a case of shutting the stable door after the horse has bolted... I had an inferior lock/chain/anchor combo fitted (still "the best I could buy on the high street") and lost my pride and joy as a result (padlock was bolt cutter'ed). After a lot of research I decided to go for the Torc Anchor/Protector 16mm/Squire combo to give the theives something to think about if they decide to come back at some point in the future. Online service was quick, delivery fast, fitting easy, with great instructions, and the product is absolutely solid.

So, security sorted, just need to find a new bike now.

Fitted a Torc Ground Anchor yesterday using the resin anchors and found it quick and very simple to do (much easier to do than the chemical bolts I place for sport climbing!). It feels fabulously strong and, folded flat, is neat and tidy. The kit is thoughtfully prepared... everything you need (other than a DIY hammer drill and a hammer)... how thoughtful to include, for example, a plastic pipe for blowing out the dust... nice touch. Efficient payment system and 'on-time' delivery with exceptional updates on delivery times. All other manufacturers should aim for this sort of quality of product and delivery.

I just moved house so have bought a new anchor for the garage. After doing a bit of research for the first one, I came right back to SecurityForBikes because I was so happy with their service, communication and the product itself: There was no way I was going to be able to take it out of the old garage unless I removed the bricks it was attached to on the wall of the old place! For the security and piece of mind it offers i can't recommend it enough

I don't normally right reviews (too lazy) but the quality of both the Torc Ground Anchor and the service received were second to non. The product is faultless and even came complete with the required drill bit and hose to clear the drilled holes. Fitting was easy - took no more than 20 minutes. The service was fast and hassle free. All excellent.

Used the concrete capsule resin installation kit. Worked a treat. I did hire an SDS drill and that was easy drilling. Watch the video AND read the printed instructions first. Whole thing done in 45mins. Didnt have any alignment issues by following instructions. Other rival anchors seem to suffer from that problem.

I needed a strong Ground Anchor to secure a bike, and after a bit of searching, the Torc Anchor seemed to be the one for me.

I bought the anchor to fit to the 19mm chain and anti-pinch pins for three motorcycles. It did my head in trying to decide between one long chain or several shorter ones. After several mails with David I finally came to a decision. The man has the patience of a saint!! All of the items are first class, as was the delivery and overall service. if you're looking to secure something then you honestly have to use this. at first the price may seem strange but this thing wouldn't look out of place in a nuclear bunker. seriously solid and will definitely withstand any sort of attack. the anchor is quite heavy but this is what you really need. awesome product and exceptional service too.

An excellent product! The video was very informative and told me everything i needed to know. Left it for 24 hours, solid as a rock.
I could only use a cordless drill and found that a 24V did the job.
Pleased with the product and the ease of installation. Would happily recommend to a friend.

A friend of mine had all his bikes stolen from his garage during the night.

Fixed to the concrete floor with resin capsules.

After sorting out which post office to delivery The anchor arrived within 48 hours of purchase and was very well packed. Fantastic customer service.

The anchor itself is a beast, which is exactly what I was looking for. I have installed it on the wall of a galvanised steel bike shed and so ordered the van/Metal bike shed fixings.

The instructions where very detailed and clear and the overall installation took just over an hour. I used a cone cut drill head for drilling the holes in the shed, as recommended and I was pleased I did.

The only issue I have had is hammering the ball bearings into the bolt heads but I eventually got there.

Overall build of the anchor and fixings are incredibly solid.

The Torc Ground Anchor is a top quality product and one which I hope will never be tested. I have no doubt whatsoever that it is a great deterrent and one which is very hard to break.

I had no problems with the installation of the Ground Anchor which I have fixed to a brick wall behind my shed lining. The instructions were superb very clear and easy to follow. I have the Protector chains and padlock to go with this. It all looks well made and very heavy even though I only have the 11mm chain. This should satisfy my insurance company as all the products are Secure Gold rated. Any thief will think twice about tackling these beasts should they ever break into my shed. Should also add that delivery was very fast. Everything was well packed. If there is a criticism then it could be that the carrier does not give you a time window for delivery. I just happened to be in when the package arrived.

Well written & very clear buying advice on the website. Not as ridiculously big, as the alternatives to fit a 19mm security chain (replaced a kyptonite unit that wouldn't). Great bit of simple but heavy duty security hardware, throughly recommended

I rarely make the time to submit reviews or feedback, but had to make an exception. In short, the glowing praise from others is entirely appropriate. The thorough email support and instructions make the installation simple. I've never known such thoughtfulness on the part of a manufacturer/seller. I bought the torc anchor/13mm chain/squire SS50C package, and it's a pretty intimidating set-up from a thief's point of view; gives me plenty of confidence leaving my bike out front of my house.
I'm just grateful I chanced across Pragmasis while searching on the internet for fitting Kryptonite and Abus anchors...

I recently bought the product after seeing some reviews and considering it is police approved I had to have one, and I'm so glad I did, if you follow the instructions as written in the excellently packaged product items, it is a doddle to fit and is absolutely solid and an extremely professional piece of equipment and considering it comes with nearly everything you need it is a bargain, please watch the video for your product as these help immensely and also as in the video, please use a vacuum to clean out the hole with the supplied tubing as if you just blow them out it can cause a huge plume of dust, it's surprising how much there is down there, and get yourself a decent hammer drill, to not only drill the hole, but to also insert the bolts, it'll make the job a hole lot easier, so stop looking at other products and buy this one, I've tried others and they're no where as neat or tough as this one.

As a new arrival to the UK I spent weeks researching any source I could for how well ground anchors work. I never used them in the US... always had a garage. What I found is that most will work very well, Pragmasis' Torc Anchor will just do it better!

Went shopping and bought a 16mm Chain + Anti-pinch pin + Squire padlock + Ground anchor Torc and I'm impressed with the quality of all products including the fitting instructions, etc. I've spent around 300GBP for everything.. yes it doesn't "look" cheap but neither the motorbike I'm riding so spending 1.5% of the value of the bike in security is not that expensive.
