Tip: I found using the supplied drill bit (for the brick pack) helped to start the holes, but then changed to SDS drill bit to melt through the concrete, and finished with the supplied drill bit to make the hole smooth - finished in no time :-) Therefore recommend getting the SDS drill bit option (or purchase elsewhere).

I recently moved to a house which did not have covered parking - as a natural paranoid person, I was worried about someone picking up my bike and putting it in a van. This ground anchor has put my mind to rest! The unit itself seems very solid and is quite hefty in terms of weight and mass. It was reassuring to know the fittings supplied with the anchor were specifically made for what I was attaching the anchor to. Would recommend this anchor to anyone looking for a very secure solution!

I received good advice over the phone from Steve regarding the fixing kit that was right for me and suitability of the ground anchor. Very friendly, helpfull service.

The instructions are very clear and all pieces are supplied for easy instalation - well thought out so the job could be completed quickly once started; no need for trips to hardware stores for extra items.

Once installed the Torc II ground anchor is very secure, I am confident it won't be moved or broken and will serve for many years. It folds down very flat so won't be caught by the car undercarriage when passing but has no flimsy moving parts to wear or break.

Got the Torc ground anchor along with protector chain and padlock...this is a fantastic piece of kit, it is perfectly engineered and simple to fit, the instructions are very clear and easy to follow, easily the best anchor on the market.

Ordered a Torc anchor, 2m chain and squire lock in late March after having the misfortune of being burgled and losing four decent bikes.

The product is impressive in it's physical presence and is relatively easy to fit, following the comprehensive instructions and taking a bit of time and effort. Steve was more than helpful when I contacted him for advice regarding fitting.

The anchor provides real peace of mind and hopefully will thwart any further attempts made to steal my bikes... to be honest they'll probably look somewhere else before getting anywhere with the Torc :)

In the new year i bought a chain/lock and anchor package deal from Pragmasis to protect some pushbikes, so pleased was i with the kit that when i needed to fit an anchor to a new concrete shed base there was only one option to protect my powered garden equipment, another Torc anchor.

Emailed for advice. Got a detailed helpful reply. The anchor was delivered promptly with good reassuring and helpful instructions. Everything needed for fixing was in the kit except except a small drill bit for a pilot hole. I would recommend the product with no hesitation. (I got the 100ml injection resin, and there was plenty)

On renewing my motorbike insurance, one of the conditions, was that I had to have a Sold Secure gold approved ground anchor. After looking around at the different ones available, the Torc 2 ground anchor seemed to tick all the right boxes. Delivery was very fast, & Upon viewing the Torc 2, it looks a very well made, strong looking item & very nicely finished. I opted for the resin capsule fitting kit, although I've never come across this type of fitting kit before, it was a very straight forward job. I'm a little sceptical about using a resin to fix the ground anchor fittings into the concrete, so I'm putting my trust in PRAGMASIS, as they seem to know what they are talking about when it comes to motorcycle security. The instructions that comes with the Torc 2 are brilliant, very easy to follow, and down to earth... I highly recommend this product...Thanks PRAGMASIS for your quality product & professionalism.

Prompted by my insurance company to get a higher security-rated ground anchor I opted for the Torc and I'm very pleased I did so.

The order was processed without delay and arrived on the day notified to me in the confirmation email. Packaged professionally and securely with everything present and correct.

You can feel the superior quality and strength of the ground anchor just by handling it. The fitting instructions are exceptionally well written, anticipating every question or area of possible confusion. The installation went without a hitch and the end result not only looks good but is unbelievably strong. Thieves will definitely look for an easier target when faced with the Torc. Cannot recommend too highly.

Very satisfied with Torc anchor. Mine is placed into a brick wall (vertical) in the garage, so I utilised the brick wall-appropriate fitment system.

As expected, I found the toughest part of installation was drilling the holes into very hard brickwork. Before I started, I took the advice of other reviewers and bought two extra drill bits (10mmm and 16mm) that were the toughest/strongest I could get. This was a wise decision. (I've lots of experience of inferior drill bit heads breaking or getting blunt very quickly). If you don't have a powerful mains-powered SDS hammer drill, I suggest drilling a smaller hole first, before using the specified diameter-size drill bit. If you're using a battery powered portable drill (as I was), you may have to stop work a few times to recharge the battery.

Overall, my experience of dealing with Pragmasis (via phone, emails, product literature, helpful fitting instructions and not, least, the top-class product itself) has been excellent. When I opened the mailed-out box, I was pleasantly struck at how much effort Pragmasis had put into helping the buyer fit their product. Some examples. A little bolt is supplied that has a little dimple in the one end for use in hammering the ball bearings into the allen key slots of the wall anchor bolts. Also, the supplied drill bit (for the wall fixing kit) comes with a bit of electrical tape wound around the shaft at the point indicating the correct depth to which the hole should be drilled. And, the accompanying fitting instructions are excellent.

I never normally put pen to paper to write reviews, but in this instance I feel Pragmasis Security deserve commendation. It's so refreshing in today's world to see a company that really stands behind its products and is trying hard to provide real world solutions and a great customer experience.
