A simple but great anchor. Reassuringly heavy. Very clear and comprehensive instructions. I had no problems fixing it to a brick wall.One tip you may find useful is to use a small bottle brush to clean the dust from the holes,obviously this wouldn't work when fixing to the floor.

My friendly builders PH Magovern installed the anchor for me, and were impressed with the quality and instructions provided.
The drill bit (sds) provided easily cut through the concrete, and all the pieces provided in the kit from the tubing and wire to clean out the holes to the caps to cover the bolts contributed to a quick and pain free installation. It's not going to budge especially placed in an out of the way corner to restrict access.

Very happy with the product. Thorough instructions meant it was straightforward to fit. Using the tube to blow out the blind holes pushed alot more debris out than I expected so should have done it earlier in the process. I found the hex drive was slighlty seized in the bolt heads and needed freeing off with pliers to pull it out.
[Pragmasis Comment: Sorry that you had difficulty with the hex drive bit. We buy them direct from the factory but, very unusually, we had a batch with some that were out of tolerance. We complained, as you'd expect, and went through our packed and component stock. I apologise if we missed yours as it should have been replaced. Sorry for the inconvenience.
...And yes, there can often be a surprising amount of stuff down the drilled hole. Cleaning it out is important, which is why we include the tube etc in the fitting kit to help you get the best result possible.

Serious piece of kit - great support from the guys at Pragmasis, with very quick tracked delivery. Being able to watch the installation videos was a massive plus and the package contained virtually everything I needed - I just needed a drill and a few basic tools, although the torc installation was an ideal excuse to upgrade to a SDS drill which made short work of my concrete garage floor. I'm using the Torc with the Protector 16mm chain and the Roundlock - a great combination

Having just moved house to one with a garage I got this as a beefy complement to my existing 19mm chain and SS65C lock. Not fitted yet, but it is clearly well thought out and about as bombproof as you can get. I like the size options, range of fitting kits and most of all the excellent advice and service. Had a bit of back and forth with David at Pragmasis about what would work best on my concrete floor over a cellar and he really took the time and trouble to advise me on the various options from his extensive experience. As with many Pragmasis products the price/quality ratio is as good as it gets. Easily worth the cost and time to fit for the peace of mind…

I am really impressed with the quality and security of the ground anchor. The supplied fitting kit and instructions made it quick and easy to fit, using the supplied drill bit made drilling the holes easy, you cant really go wrong and the tube to clean the hole was inspired. The titan chain fits easily and together makes top notch security. Pragmasis security products are well worth investing in.

I bought a Torc Mega Ground Anchor, Protector chains and DIB D-Locks. The products are well-designed and manufactured. The website is really helpful, particularly the technical details of locating and installing the ground anchor. The products arrived by express courier and were well packaged. I was nervous about installing the ground anchor but I followed the excellent instructions carefully and the job was quite straighforward. I have no hesitation in recommending Pragmasis if you want to secure your kit properly

The Torc Mega Ground Anchor is a serious bit of kit. The plate which you fix to a flat surface is really substantial and the face touching the flat surface seems machined flat to a really great tolerance. The shackle is equally beefy and of a great size. I’m using it with a 19mm Protector chain and that fits comfortably through the shackle. When you order you specify the surface you’re going to fix the anchor onto and you get a set of bolts and accessories appropriate to that surface. My kit was with the epoxy resin binder and it cam with an 8mm masonry drill bit with a bit of tape on the shank indicating the required drill depth. My only complaints are that (a) the tape wears as you drill each of the holes, so by the last hole you may be drilling too deep (which is not a good thing), and (b) I would have preferred an SDS drill bit to work with my drill. I’d happily pay a bit extra for that. Finally, a word of caution. When using the epoxy kit, screw down each of the screws fully one at a time. DON’T be cleaver and drill down the screws with the intention of coming back to each for a final torqueing at the end. I had to use 80 Nm torque wrench to tighten down my 4th screw fully! My mistake in the screwing down process.
[Pragmasis Comment: Glad you approve of our product :-) A correction is that the resin kit is supplied with a 12mm drill bit. (We suggest an 8mm drill in the instructions as a pilot drill for the 12mm hole, if required.) Also, SDS+ drills are available to order in our 'Extras' section. I hope that helps.]

I ordered a Torc Mega ground anchor , I'm very impressed with the service I received and this quality product . The instructions are well thought out and actually make sense unlike most instructions , I think you could anchor a docked ship to this thing , if it was correctly installed .I had a slight issue with the one of the resin glass tubes which broke as I was putting it in the drilled hole . But it was probably me as I'm heavy handed , and the rest were fine . when its not in use it just folds flat so it is out of the way . I have already recommended this company and products to a friend in work , like I said Quality

So good I bought another one. Building work on my garage meant the location of my original had a drain to be installed there and unfortunately the builders didn't manage to keep the old one, most annoyingly. So, once the building work was complete and the builders couldn't f anything else up, I bought another one. Excellent bit of kit and easy to install - very clear instructions and everything you need. Highly recommended!

Bought this ground anchor in combination with the brick screws and it’s solid as a rock. Very happy with it and it pairs very well with the 19mm chain and round lock. I like how it folds away discretely when not in use but still very strong when needed. Fantastic service by Pragmasis - will definitely shop here again.

Great product, great instructions/videos, arrived promptly. A good drill is needed for the concrete and a trial drill with a small masonry drill bit might be advisable if you're worried about the depth of the concrete. My garage floor was fine though. With the 13mm chain and a D-lock, plenty good enough to deter all but the most professional thief.

The instructions were really clear and detailed. Do read thrugh them efore starting so you are sure you have the next item ready to go as the parts fit together well and it can be a little fiddly. The instructions even have reminders to make sure you havent missed something important.
Definitely worth every penny for this security system. And the team have been really helpful when we needed to return a previous item.

If it's a huge ground anchor that inspires confidence that you're after, then this is the one! The product itself is excellent and the installation kit and guidance are top of the line.

I fitted a Mega and a Maxi ground anchor for use with 16mm chains with noose endings.
David was extremely helpful as are the videos and product instructions. The ground anchors are so solid and the chain is an absolute beast (I almost want to see a would-be thief's face when he sees them!).
A couple of tips: 1 - lots of dust accumulates at the bottom of the drill holes. An old screwdriver is useful to break it up and the tube (supplied) combined with a vacuum cleaner does a good job of clearing it.
2 - the ball bearings need hitting hard to make them sit low enough to allow the disc covers to fit on top.

I’ve got a selection of the Torc ground anchor, 19mm chain and the anti pinch pin. Great service from David and it all helps me sleep better at night.

Excellent anchor, incredibly strong and robust, great peace of mind for securing items against. The installation instructions, supporting videos and that fact that everything is in the kit made it incredibly easy to install. Customer service from PRAGMASIS was also excellent. Highly recommend.

The ground anchor is solid and well made. Excellent video on how to install. I had to hire a a proper SDS drill from my hardware shop but once I did it was nice and easy to drill the holes. Make sure you set to hammer and drill ;-). The finished install looks excellent and secure. Ready for my 19mm chain and pinch pin!

Great product and easy to install! There’s even videos online which show you how to do it exactly. Good value aswell, I found it from Bennett’s reviews and they loved it.

I am by no means a dab hand at DIY but managed to fit the Torc Mega to a brick wall with the expanding bolts in under an hour. A decent drill did help. I'd say if I can fit this to a wall then pretty much anyone can!

Best Ground anchor by far. It is bloody solid and looks really good thick quality, no cheap Oxford weld marks. Really happy with this and the price is just a no brainer. I will never shop else where for bike security, just wish I knew about this store before my bike was nicked!

Decided to upgrade security of bikes and after researching online I was made aware of the products from Pragmasis.
I’ve since purchased two torc anchors (for concrete floor and brickwork), two protector chains and squire locks.
Products are fantastic and instructions supplied are very detailed.
I would definitely recommend!

Well designed, non intrusive, can be driven over and capacity for large chain with ease of use.
