Excellent upfront phone support to my technical questions , prompt anchor dispatch/arrival , securely packed , well thought through packaging and protection of fitting kit and anchor items . The fine quality drill allowed a fitting time of around 40 minutes . If anyone wishes to steal a bicycle , then , in my case , they will have to take a wall with it . Excellent service and excellent product. The only negative is the drill bit supplied was of little use with the end falling out after half of one hole. Used a smaller SDS pilot then correct sized SDS and the job was easy. [Pragmasis Comment: I'm sorry the drill fell to pieces! I've never heard of that happening since we switched to our current supplier. Previous suppliers certainly caused problems like that, but that was 2+ years ago and now we buy direct from the factory so quality is normally consistently good. It sounds like this was an exception so I apologise. I'm glad you had an SDS drill, and indeed a pilot, too, so were able to sort it for yourself. SDS are always miles better than 'DIY' style straight shank drills, and we do offer an SDS drill as an option, but our standard one still shouldn't fall apart!]

This item is superb in every sense, it looks the part, it exudes quality. Don't hesitate, you will NOT be disappointed. Everything you need to install into concrete is supplied along with comprehensive instructions.

Now I very very rarely write any review on a site I buy a product off - in fact I could probably count how many on one hand, but this is one of those times.

I did weeks of research online and in stores as to what would be the best type of anchor for my Harley, as well the location I wanted to put it in the garage and the type of grounding I had in there as well. I eventually concluded that the Torc Anchor is far superior to others offered on the market.

Once ordered, I changed my mind about where to deliver it as I was going to be out, but this was no problem for Pragmasis who were happy to change the address to my work one within a few minutes.

Once the product arrived it was very well packaged - each componant seperately bagged and labeled. They have even put labels on the fillings so you know they are not part of the product! Once unpacked there was a contents list with what should be in the box as well.

I took my time reading through the instructions which were well thought out and explained. Being only 26 with little DIY experience, I fully understood what was required.

I set about fitting the Anchor - which was the concrete fitting kit one - and finished within about an hour, taking my time. The finished product fits flush, and the drill bit supplied has tape around it so you know exactly how far to drill for the bolts. My only criticism of this, is that the drill was very worn by the end, and that was even with pilot holes drilled with a spare smaller drill piece I used. Also, please ensure you have two drill batteries ready if you are using a cordless drill - my first battery went after only the first hole of drilling, despite being at full charge at the start. This is important for when you get to the drilling of the bolts to break the glass resin, as you cant afford for the battery to die as it says in the instructions.

The product is brilliant, and I have pulled and tugged on the Anchor since fitting it, and it certainly won't be budging anywhere fast!

I am thrilled at the product, and for the price, I believe it's a good deal. The staff are friendly and very helpful, and will happily take the time to assist you with any enquiries.

Cant recommend this product enough.

Ordering was simple and delivery very prompt. The Torc is neatly finished although I wonder how well the coating will resist knocks from chains and being driven over. At least it folds nice and flat.

The installation instructions are very clear, well sequenced and include many tips to ensure it goes well. If you're even vaguely handy with a drill you should be able to get this done.

The screw-style resin dispenser worked well and was plenty large enough to cement 4 neat holes.

[Pragmasis Comment: This was with the 100ml Injection Resin kit. We don't expect the powder coating to withstand being driven on and clattering chains, which is why we use a zinc phosphate treatment first, to give weather resistance even if the powder coating does get chipped during use.]

Delivery within 48 hours, excellent kit of parts, well packaged. Clear instructions. My biggest challenge was drilling into concrete floor - my 500W hammer drill struggled - switched to SDS - 4 holes done in a jiffy. Install was then matter of following instructions - and do use hammer drill to steadily drive the bolts into the resin capsules - you do need the torque. It looks neat once done.

I have used a range of Pragmasis products; shed shackle, torc anchors, and security chains. All products are superb quality and the customer service is excellent.

I've got to say I looked at the rest and believe I've bought the best.

Watch the video, read the instructions and you cannot go wrong with this product.
as stated in the advert, everything you need is in the kit.
The only items I required were a Hammer Drill, a Hammer and a Hoover.
Perhaps one day all on line suppliers will be this efficient.

Clearly a lot of thought has gone into the design of both the product and the user experience - really impresseed with both. The instructions were refreshingly clear and practical and the materials are very well engineered. Had it installed in 25 mins. Looks good as well!

Initially had trouble fitting it (poor quality concrete in my shed floor), and the backup support was excellent - an alternative fitting kit arrived the next day. Ground anchor is now solid and secure.

Excellent and friendly top notch customer service. I have purchased both a chain and padlock & Torc Ground Anchor. I recently lost a key to the padlock and was sent one foc as a replacement. Ground Anchor is extremely sturdy, very easy to put in and most importantly everything you need is included in the kit. Can't fault the products or the customer service - FIVE STARS!

No one has tried to steal my stuff, but it looks like they'll simply be frustrated by a rock solid lock and chain, held down by this beast. Many thanks for creating something decent. Not sure why others don't, but happy to keep buying these each time a new location requires one.

I bought a Torc Mega Ground Anchor, Protector chains and DIB D-Locks. The products are well-designed and manufactured. The website is really helpful, particularly the technical details of locating and installing the ground anchor. The products arrived by express courier and were well packaged. I was nervous about installing the ground anchor but I followed the excellent instructions carefully and the job was quite straighforward. I bought the ground anchor along with 16mm chain and round lock.Package arrived quickly with excellent communication about delivery slot. The product itself is top notch as is everything about Pragmasis.

This is a great bit of kit that is solidly built. The installation kit (concrete floor in my case) contains everything down to the required drill bit and even a spare bolt to drive the bearings into the bolt heads. This is the first time that I have had the pleasure of installation instructions that don't require any second guessing. The short videos on the website are also very informative. The Torc Ground Anchor is an excellent piece of security kit, that I thoroughly recommend. I use the ground anchor for securing my mountain bike to our concrete garage floor and it provides a very strong anchor point.
Pragamsis are excellent too, as I have had first hand experience of their after sales support - great communication, fast to answer any questions - truly A class.

I bought the Torc Ground Anchor to allow me to securely store my bike outside. It's a great piece of kit - very simple, but ever so strong when combined with a heavy duty chain and shackle. Fitting is very straight forward - the instructions are very detailed and easy to follow. I used the expanding bolts and adhesive to make absolutely certain it's going nowhere - better to be safe than sorry. A little tip; when hammering in the ballbearings, put a towel on the ground underneath because otherwise if you drop one you'll never find it again! The customer service provided by Pragmasis was superb - great communication, detailed updates on delivery times and happy to send a couple of extra ballbearings to replace the one I lost! I was very happy to find that the ground anchor came with full instructions but also some tooling which, had I not been given, would have meant going out to buy additional parts. Excellent!
Was very easy to install, looks good, strong, and has quite a low profile so is less of a trip hazard than most anchors.
Should I move house or require another, I'd buy another one!

first class service, ordered two anchors on the Friday morning, they arrived before lunchtime the following Monday.
After watching the videos and reading provided instructions fitted one the same evening, encountered no problems as everything required is provided.
Yet to secure anything to the anchor but does appear to be VERY secure/strong.

This is more a review of the company than the product. Even though I changed my order on the day of despatch David sorted it out. When I found out I had ordered completely the wrong product for my application they sorted it for me without the slightest hint of annoyance.

I ordered a Torc anchor an 13 mm chain. I have no doubt of the quality of the product. You will not see stuff this good in a motorbike shop.

I would recommend them and their products completely.

DPD delivery time was accurate. The instructional video gave me the confidence to fit the anchor as I'm not much of a DIYer. The provision of an SDS drill bit was an added bonus. Coupled with the 16mm chain and a Dlink I'm confident my bike is safe.

Delivery of a Torc Ground Anchor, a Beefy Bridge plus two 13mm chains and Roundlocks received from DPD a couple of days ago. What a piece of kit !, well packaged, superbly finished and expertly made. Nice to see well engineered British made products as opposed to oriental copies. I now have a classic Lambretta scooter and a Velosolex moped securely fastened up to daunt any thief. If your looking for security products don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed.
