Ordered Torc Ground Anchor, 19mm protector chain, Squire lock and pinch pin and after a bit of direction from David, I also got the 100ml injection resin cartridge . Instructions have been written with the same attention to detail as the products - accurate and precise.

Install took about an hour and is rock solid. Service from the team at Pragmasis was excellent. My questions were answered quickly and shipping was fast. Happy to recommend and would buy from these guys again.

After a lot of research I ordered the Torc ground anchor along with a couple of Protector chains & keyed alike Roundlocks. I placed the order late Wednesday night, but I received an email from David detailing shipping information the next morning. 24 hours later the package arrived & I checked the contents. Everything is made to a high quality standard. If you want to protect your valuable bike, this is the stuff you want. The installation instructions are comprehensive & I recommend reading these thoroughly before installing the Torc anchor.
The installation took me around an hour from start to finish. The longest part is drilling the holes & cleaning them out. I went for the injection resin option as I was unsure of the concrete quality. This stuff is awesome! The screw plunger is a little tight to operate but the actual resin is strong stuff. It cured in about 30 mins & it’s rock solid. The 16mm Protector chain is very substantial (and heavy!). I chose the Roundlocks as I wanted to reduced the hefty weight hanging off the bike frame, but these are still secure locks & fit neatly in the chain links. All in all I’m extremely pleased! Yeah, you can buy cheaper ground anchors, chains & locks, but this stuff is well made (British too!) and any thief would walk away after seeing this lot!

I ordered two anchors for my bikes and received them the day after ordering. I wish all manufacturers were as good as Pragmasis - the kit included everything you need for fitting it (including a piece of tubing for blowing the dust out the holes!) so all you need is a hammer drill. The anchors took less than 30 minutes each to fit - it is well worthwhile taking your time to get the holes drilled correctly. I also purchased the 19 mm chain and Roundlocks as it is pointless purchasing such a secure anchor then fitting an inferior lock or chain to it. 10 out of 10 for them all and certainly recommended.

Delighted with this purchase. The anchor, chain and lock came extremely well packed. We dug a hole in the gravel floor of my open cart shed and concreted in the torc anchor. The accompanying instructions were very clear and we had no trouble fitting the anchor. I now have my ride-on lawn mower secured to the anchor with a 16mm protector chain and squire SS65CS lock. Whoever stole my original ride-on mower will have trouble making off with its replacement! No hesitation in recommending these products.

Ordered Monday arrived Tuesday very well packaged with the padlock.
They're both Huge and very well made. looking forward to fitting the anchor, I'm going to counter sink it into the floor to remove the trip hazard. Nagging hazard.

I bought this 10 months ago and wanted to give it a proper trial before leaving a review. I am very impressed with the whole system (I also purchased the 16mm chain and Squire padlock at the same time). I had my previous scooter stolen from my driveway overnight. I thought I was pretty secure with my Oxford chain and ground anchor, but the thieves cut through this and the padlock on my gate with relative ease. I thought I would never sleep a full night again! But I have to say I have 100% confidence in the Pragmasis system. Everyone is impressed with the weight and quality of the chain. The ground anchor was easy to fit and I feel confident enough to leave the scooter when I am away from home. I was scared that the thieves would come back once they saw I had a new scooter and take it again but I don't think they stand a chance now.

I went for the fresh concrete in kit.
(I'm no builder) I dug a hole 45x45x45cm and used 5 and a half 20kg Hanson 40N ready mix bags (from Wickes) Mixed in my wheelbarrow 2 at a time and poured in hole, pushed the ground anchor into the mix and let it set. I hope this helps. The only negative was they didn't include the 4 M8 nylon nuts needed to build the kit. All in all, an excellent product and highly recommended. [Pragmasis Comment: Ooh, they aren't supposed to be Nyloc nuts, just ordinary M10 hex nuts, but they should be there in the kit with the other bolts! Sincere apologies if we left them out. I've just checked the other kits on the shelf here and the nuts are there. Apologies again for any inconvenience, and thanks for the feedback and detail on the ready-mix. All much appreciated.]

Many Anchors on the market, not many have "current" Sold Secure gold that covers so many category not just Bikes, the deal of 19mm Chain and Torc Ground looks unstoppable and the images don't do it justice!

I've just installed Torc Ground Anchor, it really did take only an hour. Thank you, also for the added bits; the dust blowing tube, the small bottle brush, the ball bearing bashing bolt and lastly, the depth guide on the included drill. All designed to make my life easier, thanks again.

Bought one of these along the Protector 16mm chain, Anti-Pinch pin and Squire SS65CS lock for my 899 Panigale. So easy to fit, just make sure to clean the drilled holes thoroughly before dropping the chemical resin in. I also used a flat punch to drive the ball bearings into the hex heads, can imagine them pinging away if you just smack them with a hammer! [Pragmasis Comment: The fitting kit contains an M8 bolt to be used as a punch to help with driving the ball bearings into the hex sockets. You should not need a separate punch, but if you have one and prefer to use it, feel free!]

I've purchased 2 of these now and they really are brilliant! Easy to fit (although DON'T to a "trial fit" of the screws into the wall, it's a pain to get the housings out again and if you do they'll be in several pieces. I found this out the hard way. Lol. Entirely my fault though, not a failing of the equipment) and really solid once done. The customer service was amazing too, on all occasions. Very helpful and friendly.

Solid, secure, straightforward to fit, and everything you need in the kit! Together with chain, squire lock and the anti-pinch pin, an excellent all-round solution.

Lacking a suitable concrete floor for the install, I went for the brick/poor mortar option. I followed the comprehensive (but easy to follow) instructions, and had the job done within 30-40 mins.

This is my second Torc Ground Anchor as I purchased my first several years ago. It is still in place beside my house 5yrs later and no signs of wear and tear. This time round I installed in the concrete floor of my shed. I used the brick wall kit as I was not really sure of the concrete quality. In fact I also ordered a kit for my neighbor for his brand new pride and joy. Both kits came exactly as spec and were installed in a little over 20mins each. Cannot recommend highly enough, both the product and customer service are outstanding. Two very satisfied customers who would return again with no hesitation.

This ground anchor is a real beast. It makes any other ground anchor I've seen look rather pathetic! Great build quality, nice a heavy, looks very secure. Customer service from Pragmasis has been fantastic. I really do highly recommend this company and their product.

The Torc anchor is one solid bit of kit. I ordered one with resin capsules as I thought my concrete base was in good condition - it certainly felt like that when drilling into it (you definitely need as SDS drill by the way!) but the next morning I gave the anchor a tug and found it was not secured at all. I emailed David at Pragmasis and he suggested the injection resin. I followed the excellent video on this site and now it is rock solid. Really great customer service, with David quickly responding to emails sometimes late into the night. Very pleased with the Torc ground anchor and would highly recommend it and Pragmasis.

Excellent product, well worth the money! My install experience was only hampered by my dodgy Bosh electric drill, not really up for the job of drilling my garage floor - used a 10mm STS Challenger drill first and then widened with the supplied 12mm - Maybe an option for Pragmasis is to select STS or straight shank for the bit. After 24 hours after install gave it a good yank - very impressed - rock solid.

Bike solid construction using thick, hardened Steel. Good quality, easy to follow fitting instructions and all kit required to fit except the drill!

Purchased the Torc Ground Anchor, with 19mm chain and Squire SS65CS-XLN with the NW4 cylinder upgrade - I have to say i'm very impressed with the quality of all the kit. The ordering process was very straightforward with exceptional delivery speed. I was more than impressed with the enclosed fitting instructions and easy to follow video on the web site! The anchor itself took no more than about 25 - 30 minutes and i took my time to ensure the holes were drilled exact with no dust left in the holes - used the resin capsules exactly as shown in the video and followed the excellent instuctions and was installed quickly and very straightforward - would have absolutely no hesitation in purchasing further products from Pragmasis or recommending them to others. 5 stars here.

This is a great bit of kit that is solidly built. The installation kit (concrete floor in my case) contains everything down to the required drill bit and even a spare bolt to drive the bearings into the bolt heads. This is the first time that I have had the pleasure of installation instructions that don't require any second guessing. The short videos on the website are also very informative. Thankyou Pragmasis.
