The Torc ground anchor arrived the next working day and it's certainly a quality product, very strong and well made - I'm very pleased! Excellent customer service from Pragmasis too! All highly recommended.

Initially had trouble fitting it (poor quality concrete in my shed floor), and the backup support was excellent - an alternative fitting kit arrived the next day. Ground anchor is now solid and secure.

Ground Anchor is extremely sturdy, very easy to put in and most importantly everything you need is included in the kit. Can't fault the products or the customer service - FIVE STARS!

first class service, ordered two anchors on the Friday morning, they arrived before lunchtime the following Monday.
After watching the videos and reading provided instructions fitted one the same evening, encountered no problems as everything required is provided.
Yet to secure anything to the anchor but does appear to be VERY secure/strong.

Firstly I should say I bought this ground anchor (+ chain/lock) to protect my mountain bikes, very expensive mountain bikes. I've been lucky so far that nobody has broke into my garage and rode off 6k+ of bikes, time was right to be proactive. I bought the Torc anchor, 13mm chain (3m) and the Squire SS50CS combo deal. Do not buy the 16mm for a mtb, too big. Delivery was next day, brilliant. I was surprised that 3m of chain, lock and anchor could fit in such a small but very heavy package.

This in not IKEA packaging/instructions. Video on this site is top notch and all contents were in individual jiffy bags, something I've not come across before. Installation was pretty easy, although remember good concrete is very hard. I have a full size mains powered Bosch SDS drill and my fillings were coming loose, so a little one handed drill will not cut it.

Being "old school" a resin secured anchor is odd to say the least, but I bow to greater knowledge. I should say I followed the video tutorial to the letter, it's there for a reason, use it. Once installed it's low profile (great) and accepts the 13mm chain with ease. Any scumbag wanting to nick my bikes better turn up with a diamond tipped angle grinder, otherwise don't bother.

Get the right kit for hard concrete and installation is easy. Great instructions, completely clear for a brightish but inexperienced diy chap. Arrived super quick and once in the closed shackle locks and chains are just superb.

The anchor arrived incredibly quickly with a lot of communication from the supplier. The anchor is very easy to install, even for someone not used to DIY. It's incredibly strong and matches my Almax IV chain very well.

Ordered a Torc Ground Anchor yesterday lunchtime, came within 24 hours! Well packed, good instructions & very impressively heavy-duty! Hopefully this will defeat the crims who ripped a previous, much flimsier security ring clean off the wall...

Fantastic service and the anchor itself is a very good piece of engineering.
I chose the resin capsules fitting kit and my god the resin is strong!
I was slightly sceptical at first but after installing it, leaving it for 12 hours and then trying it pull it out of the ground I'm very impressed.

Great products, next day delivery, well packaged and simple instructions.
Fitted the anchor to my garage wall above a Thule 2 bike holder. Very happy with the result. Finished with a 13mm chain and top quality padlock gives massive peace of mind. Very easy to fit, I recommend using a Pritt stick on the ball bearings if wall fitting save the buggers falling on the floor! [Pragmasis Comment: A short bolt is included in the kit to help with holding & fitting the ball bearings, but a touch of Pritt glue as well wouldn't do any harm :-)]

Torc Anchor arrived very quickly and was very well packed. Insructions were very clear. I had already seen the 'how to' video so had a good idea already on what was required. Arrived very quickly. Has to be the most detailed, clear and well explained instructions I have ever read! They have covered everything possible. Great product. Easy to install. Very impressed with the whole process and end result. It's a well made, strong anchor. Worth every penny. Judging by the weight and quality of it, it will would be a tough nut to crack for any little rotter!

After some helpful e-mail selection advice it arrived as promised the next day. Following the clear and comprehensive instructions, it was easily fitted in under an hour (floor fitting with injection resin kit). Certainly feels reassuringly solid and well secured! Fits a 16mm Protector chain and a smaller chain already I had with no problems.

I have just finished fitting a TORC Ground Anchor to a garage wall using the brick wall fixing kit. It took no longer than 30 minutes (if that). Everything required for fitting was included in the kit. I even made use of a cardboard packing piece to make the suggested 100 x 60mm drilling template. Using a battery powered Makita hammer drill, I had no problems with the drilling whatsoever. I Highly recommend this product. I recently had a disaster with a different ground anchor and the Torc anchor from Pragmasis was far easier to install even for a DIYphobe like myself. The instructions and online video are excellent. The anchor is neat when not in use and can take much bigger chains than the standard anchors available. I feel a lot happier with this product than the more commonly used anchors available. I will probably install another in my garage for the front wheel as well as it was so easy to install!

I finally feel my bike is secure when I park it at night. A new concrete hardstand wiht Torc ground anchor / 16mm chain & lock.

I've bought one in the past, so was happy to purchase another Torc Series II Ground Anchor for my new garage.
A very well made product with superb clear fitting instructions.
Delivered quickly & well wrapped.
I originally had my doubts about the security of some epoxy down a hole drilled in concrete - but I talked with a mate at Rolls Royce. He said that's how they hold down their jet engines, for ground testing. So it must be good enough for locking things in a garage!
My insurers like it too.

I installed one of these anchors several years ago and it still looks like new so when it was time to fit a second anchor there was only one choice.

I placed my order and Stephen quickly responded and apologised as the item was re-stocking and would be a day or two so I could wait or have a refund. I declined the refund as this was the product I wanted. It arrived only a couple of days later and during this time I was emailed regularly with updates to my order.

I have now installed three of these anchors (in two different homes) and have always found them to be excellent. what's more the service you get with them is exceptional. I needed some advice regarding my fitting and Stephen not only spent ten minutes on the phone talking me through it but also emailed me detailed instructions in both video and text format. Incredibly quick delivery too. Cannot recommend highly enough!

The Torc Ground Anchor package is very high quality, and the attention to detail is remarkable. Pragmasis have done everything they can to make installation as clear and straight-forward as possible - not only do they provide the required drill bit, but have even marked it with tape as a depth indicator. Along with instructive videos, Pragmasis have really gone that extra mile.

That said, I did have problems with the installation (I'm by no means a DIY expert and the concrete in my garage is very tough). So, I emailed Pragmasis and got a response within the hour - on a Sunday! Steve has been extremely helpful and responsive with advice.

If only all companies were this good.

This is an easy to fit deterrent, very strong, very secure and combined with 16mm Protector chain and suitable lock gives peace of mind.

I installed the Torc Ground anchor in my shed, resin fixing it into the concrete pad the shed sits on. It was easy to install, and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. It is worth checking everything twice before final installation though, as once the ground anchor is in, it’s going nowhere! Total fitting time was under 30 mins.

My shed was broken into a couple of months after fitting, and everything locked to the ground anchor (with a 16mm chain) was still there when I discovered the break in. It is a great piece of kit, very well thought through and the customer service has been exceptional. I'm now purchasing further chains and door security from Steve to help beef up security further!

I've got to say I looked at the rest and believe I've bought the best.

Watch the video, read the instructions and you cannot go wrong with this product.
as stated in the advert, everything you need is in the kit.
The only items I required were a Hammer Drill, a Hammer and a Hoover.
Perhaps one day all on line suppliers will be this efficient.

I was very happy to find that the ground anchor came with full instructions but also some tooling which, had I not been given, would have meant going out to buy additional parts. Excellent!
Was very easy to install, looks good, strong, and has quite a low profile so is less of a trip hazard than most anchors.
Should I move house or require another, I'd buy another one!
