Arrived extremely promptly. Purchased after reading numerous reviews about best lock and chain. Seems very sturdy. Using it to secure a motorcycle and bikes.

Arrived very fast - excellent service. I have bought various other items from Pragmasis (shed shackle/door security/padlocks) and never had a problem with the products. Very well manufactured and engineered. It was slightly more that I wanted to pay - but it will outlast me! - and overall I think its excellent value for money. Can you put a price on peace of mind??

Bought this after reading excellent reviews and really pleased with it. Despite being one of the "smaller" chains at 13mm, it looks beautifully made and absolutely indestructible. The "roundlock" is really nicely made and I can't see anyone ever managing to break it. Mainly intended for securing my trailer but sometimes my bike, I have complete confidence these things will still be there when I return! Nice friendly emails advising delivery etc. Couldn't be faulted. I'll recommend it to my fellow motorcyclists.

Bought the Roundlock based on the great review by Bennetts Insurance. Both are Secure Gold and really well made.

Bought this package after a fair amount of research and was aware that the round lock may not be able to be used as a standalone disc lock on all bikes. as was the case with mine. However the design is fantastic and I am happy to keep it to secure the chain for garage security

I bought this for taking out when I'll be leaving my bike unattended. The round lock makes a very solid, but portable, disc lock for short lock-ups, and the chain for locking to something when leaving for longer.
Also amazing customer service and communication!

The 13mm chain is lighter than the more secure thicker chains so makes a good chain to take out and about. The round-lock is also really small for the security it offers, and is useful as it doubles up as disc lock.

The lock is quick and easy to use and the 13mm chain is perfect for carrying on the bike, the right balance between security and portability. The customer service from these guys was amazing. I recommend very highly.

I'd seen this chain and lock reviewed on Bennetts YT video and needed another chain for the garage. DPD are in my experience the best courier with accurate timings. The chain was well packaged, delivered quickly and when promised, it was better quality than I expected and put to use immediately. Great service. Thank you. Can't often say that these days.

I'd been looking for a chain for quite some time, and pragmasis came up highly recommended against some of the more 'generic' products. Hefty enough to use alongside other security in the garage, portable enough to take in a long trip. The roundlock is spot my needs, versatile and far more.portable than competitor offerings. All for a great price.

I will be using it to secure my bike in my garage and take it on longer trips. It is a little heavy for transporting when popping to the shops, but the option of using the round lock as a standalone disc lock is very useful. On receipt I was very impressed with how solid the roundlock feels, it would certainly deter me from trying to pinch anything! I will probably never find out how tough it is, but hopefully it will give a lifetime of bike security and peace of mind.

I purchased one of these, along with a Beefy Bridge, to secure my electric cargo bike. The chain just fits through the spokes of the rear wheel, allowing me to secure the bike through the rear triangle, and the sleeve means my bike doesn't get scratched.

The lock fits perfectly in the end link to secure the chain and is really easy to handle.

Purchased this back in September and haven't looked back since; outstanding product, quality materials and can be used in all kinds of environments.
Excellent value for money, compared to many of the other chain & lock packages out there!

I have 4 bikes and bought a number of chain and lock packages which saved money (as did my Bennetts discount) and provided me with options for mobile security. My main concern was how to lock the frame - not a wheel - which is not always easy, but with the Pragmasis options, it was really quite straightforward. The RoundLock is a very clever piece of kit, simply locking a link of chain through a small aperture in the frame or back on itself through the ground anchor! Dib D-lock also useful when trying to secure to frame with no large gaps for the chain to pass through. Best of all, I got them keyed alike so for 5 locks I have only one key! Torc Mega is excellent (I use two - one for each pair of bikes) and all the chains I bought have the noose option so I don't need to run heavy chain to and from the bike. Basically, all my security problems disappeared because of the flexibity of Pragmasis options.

After hours of research, I selected the Pragmasis 13mm 1.5 metre chain & round lock for a BMW F750GS. Considerations in choosing this package were the security rating, weight and quality. It fits in the under seat compartment of the F750GS perfectly. This is really important, as it goes everywhere with the bike. Chain & round lock ordered at 14:00, details confirmed via Email within 30 minutes and it was delivered at 0930 this morning. Bike is now secured and stress level has dropped. Superb product with exceptional service.

I am using this in conjunction with a shed shackle fitted to my Asgard bike store. The additional security over and above what the shed offer gives peace of mind. Great quality lock and noose chain, really easy to use and 2.0m is enough to lock up 3 bikes, possibly 4 if routed carefully.

This is now my go to for portable motorcycle security. Doesn't take up much space, quality is good, chain and lock feel solid.
Excellent communication and customer service as well.

Currently using the 13mm chain and roundlock to secure my tandem. Now that it is in a locked shed and chained to a cast iron radiator I'm confident that it will not leave the shed unless I want it to. Also very happy with the service from Pragmasis who provided advice over the phone prior to purchase. Next day delivery also appreciated.

I don't have much experience with security chains, but I will say that this chain oozes quality. I was worried that I should have gone bigger than 13mm, but this thing is still big and heavy and I love it. Combined with the roundlock, I'm very happy.

Quick delivery well packaged pleased with the quality and heft of chain the lock has smooth operation and well finished cannot find fault with these products all at a reasonable price.

My only observation of a potential area for improvement would be that the packaging box was covered in plastic tape, which is understandable as it needs to arrive in one piece, but there are now alternative more environmentally friendly tapes available which would help reduce plastic use,just a thought!

Very smooth ordering process and excellent communication about despatch and delivery. I'm really pleased with both the chain and the roundlock and I took the opportunity to order a second keyed-alike roundlock, which is really handy given the growing number of keys I carry around.

I bought the 13mm chain after much research to use as a carry chain when out and about. The chain and roundlock are of excellent quality and craftamnship and you realise this the moment you pick it up!. I think it is a great compromise between weight and security and first impressions are excellent!
