Communication from the company was first class. Bought the product online on Sunday night, got an email from the company on Monday to say it will be collected by the courier on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday. It's really good to be told when the product is arriving. As for the chain and lock, it looks amazing. Hope I never need to find out how good the lock and chain actually are.
Also, the website and video clips were really helpful in helping me decide which lock to buy.

The chain, anchor and lock are excellent quality and well worth the investment. Follow the comprehensive advice provided on the website on fitting (and instructions included) and you won't go wrong. I used the resin option as my concrete base was not the best - result was rock solid attachment so really pleased.

I am very new to motorcycling, I bought my bike this week so needed lots of advice on adding security at home. I stumbled across this website after reviewing disc locks on Bennett's.co.uk. I decided to order this package deal, the 16mm chain feels great , I hope it's as secure as it seems. The lock is also very sturdy, hopefully the reviews on Bennet's are true and it holds firm. Customer service has been great, promptly replying with honest advice. Would highly recommend these guys and already have done to my friends. I am yet to know how the products will be under testing, however I hope I never do! But as stated, both seem great so far and overall happy with the whole experience!

I ordered the 1.5m 16mm chain + roundlock, it arrived in Dublin Ireland in 2 days. The chain is proper heavy duty thing and fit through my 1000cc rear wheel and one of this tubelike ground anchor at work. The lock is very handy as well. Great work, I am pleased with my order.

Really happy with the 16mm 2M chain and round lock. Allows my bike to be safely shackled, then on undoing the round lock, pop it in your pocket just in case you want to stop off somewhere on route. Added security as a disk lock.

I bought this together with the Double Doofer anchor and it's really, really good. We all know that a professional thief will steal you car or motorcycle if they really want it but this chain, lock and anchor combo will deter all but the most determined crooks! Excellent service as well.

Your delivery driver will hate you for ordering one of these. It's very heavy.
Also a bit of a struggle to feed it through my ground anchor (it only just fits, the 19mm would have had no chance of going through, so bear that in mind).
Once in place though, I have absolutely no worries about my bike going walkabouts.

I had been considering the 19mm chain, but talked myself out of it due to mobility. Quite glad I did now. My old chain looks like a wet noodle beside this monster. Mainly for use at home or in the city, but not going anywhere once locked.

I purchased this chain because the ground anchor that I have doesnt allow anything bigger than a 16mm chain. I was a bit dubious with the lock design but I am so glad I chose the round lock, it's so secure and sturdy and very well made. The whole package is perfect and for the price it's definitely on my list as a 2nd purchase but this time for a transportable chain and lock!

I have a Vespa Primavera and commute into London daily. This chain and lock had excellent reviews elsewhere and I agree. It’s tough, easy to use and fits through the rear wheel nicely. The weight is reassuring and I ride with it under the seat without issue.

Very sturdy combination. At £150 it is considerably cheaper than the increase to my insurance were I to make a claim. Also I ordered on Thursday night and received Saturday morning - pretty impressive.

I bought this lock for my sons first motorbike. we live in the middle of a city and i was concerned that this would make his 125 a target. im so glad i have bought this for him he says it is over kill but is very impressed with the lock design. i have pointed out that when he passes his A2 and gets a bigger machine he will not have to replace his security. Thank you for making such a well design piece of kit and as a former engineering technician myself i really appreciate the quality.

This is the biggest chain I could fit through the frame of my bike. Used with Torc ground anchor I concluded it was the most secure solution I could find. Round lock also doubles as a disk lock when out and about on bike. Third purchase from Pragmasis and never had anyone try and pinch a bike protected by their kit.

I bought a short 80cm length to secure together a pressure washer, generator and mixer together. Perfect, chain being very short and tight keeps the items together so impossible to easily move the 3 items due to weight and wheel directions.

The chain is a good combination of weight and heft and I feel a sensible price point in terms of the asset value being secured.

For me the minimum security requirement for a motorcycle chain/lock was proof against bolt cropper attack but also be reasonably portable.

I chose the 2 metre, 16mm chain with an enlarged end loop and oversized roundlock as it gave me sufficient flexibility to easily secure and anchor the bike in a variety of situations.

Even so, I'd worried about the weight and how to carry it all safely and conveniently but again the guys at Pragmasis came up trumps by recommending the smaller Kriega tailpacks which, though expensive, has proven an excellent solution. I bought the 20 litre option which has plenty of room to spare for other items too.

Great customer service seems to come as standard.

NB: The larger roundlock size was chosen as it can be used with a 19mm chain which I have at home.
