Got few of these chains and couldn't be more happy. I believe this is the best investment in bike's security one can get. Everything is of high quality and feels very solid.

I appreciated a lengthy, patient phone call where I was educated in the nuances of locks and chains. Further to my purchase, I had an insurance question, to which David responded effectively at 11pm.

Noose option was a good move - extended usable length of my chain considerably.

The chain looks like it will hold in place a battleship, let alone a bicycle! The lock is also great quality so I have a piece of mind the bike stays where it should. David was really helpful in answering all my questions and guiding me to the right product, so 5 stars for the service as well.

Bought the 16mm chain and squire lock package + 2 D locks and Anti Pinch Pin all products are top quality. I was going to buy the 13mm protector chain but decided on the 16mm after reading the product write ups. Ordered and delivered within 24 hrs.

Very pleased with my purchase. The thickness of the links and lock shackle should make a decent and visible deterent and will give me peace of mind. Especially when coupled with a ground anchor for extra security.

The tips on how to use the chain are well worth viewing and David's email gave the purchasing process a personal touch.

All in all, a great product with excellent service.

I was looking for a suitable product to keep my newly purchased Vespa GTS Super safe and this seemed to fit the bill perfectly. I keep the bike locked on the street overnight so wanted to be assured that I had done everything I could to ensure that it is still there in the morning.

On the advice of David from Pragmasis I use the chain and padlock in conjunction with their Anti Pinch Pin which goes through the back wheel. For anyone else with the same bike the Anti Pinch Pin is a tight fit and the end protector cap needs to be popped off for it to fit between the brake disc and the rim.

The chain and padlock are just as impressive as the customer service received, excellent on all fronts. I would definitely recommend the Protector chain and Squire lock along with the pinch pin.

This is a serious quality chain and lock, like nothing else i've seen in regular bike shops. It's absolutely top quality and after having someone break into the garage, i can now sleep at night. Though it's quite a lot for a chain - it's not much more than some of the monster chains but is so much more robust -so good value, i reckon it will last for years. The lock alone has a 10 year guarantee. Great product.
