Extremely pleased with this security package for my brand new Vespa GTS300 Super Sport. Living in Central London the chances of scooter theft are ridiculously high particularly on this model. There have already been a few attempted axel grinder and ride away thefts on other motorcycles right under my apartment, even with a 24 hour security presence and I have no doubt mine will now be a target. Only the highest security will do and after a lot of searching this package came up trumps and is definitely worth the money. The Anti-pinch pin (standard, 250mm length) fits very snugly through the rear wheel between the rim and brake disc and is just the right size to thread through the chain ends either side of the wheel and add the squire lock with ease. I tried the heat shrink protective sleeve but that adds a few mm and it wouldn’t pass through. The 16mm chain is very hefty and looks far stronger than anything else I have seen. The pin is surprisingly big and weighty and the padlock has a look of don't even bother.

Note the chain is bulky and heavy. I have traveled with it in the under seat compartment (which at 1.5m with the lock and pin takes up at least half the space) but for daily use away from home it is probably too large and could easily damage the bodywork without extra care being taken. I will mainly be using mine for at home attached to a ground anchor. I have found the anti-pinch pin and squire lock can be used standalone as a rear wheel lock on this model of Vespa, which is a more portable option.

Customer service was excellent and extremely helpful. All my queries were answered in detail. I bought before the Vespa arrived so had a lot of questions. I would highly recommend these guys.

Bought the 16mm chain and lock deal. Super quick next day delivery. Fantastic heavy duty chain and lock. Seems far superior to much dearer Abu’slock & chain, highly recommended.

Second chain fitted through the wheels to another anchor. Someone decided to cut the frame of my KTM to relieve me of it. Chain and anchor intact! So a little more deterrent for the new bike.

Awesome chain, made double handy by the noose option. Fits through the frame of a 2016 Aprilia Tuono factory - thieves will have to destroy the bike and sweep up the pieces because not in a thousand years is this getting cut without industrial power tools. The chain looks like it will hold in place a battleship, let alone a bicycle! The lock is also great quality so I have a piece of mind the bike stays where it should. David was really helpful in answering all my questions and guiding me to the right product, so 5 stars for the service as well.

Chain arrived today (Monday) after only ordering on Friday- very quick delivery and kept well up to date all the way through with personal updates from the team which was a nice touch. As for the chain and lock- both feel absolutely solid, v. pleased with them. Shall sleep a bit easier tonight.

I appreciated a lengthy, patient phone call where I was educated in the nuances of locks and chains. Further to my purchase, I had an insurance question, to which David responded effectively at 11pm.

Noose option was a good move - extended usable length of my chain considerably.

Service-wise, this is how retail should be done. Product-wise, I hope I never discover any weaknesses...

Bought this set in 2.5m with an oversize ring earlier this year.

It has already saved my bike from two robbery attempts, London..
First it scared the thieves. On the second they came with an angle grinder, did one cut. The lock needs two to let go. That gave enough time for neighbours to react.

Noose option is great. Allows for anchoring the chain to a lamp post and keeping the bike on the street.

After reading numerous reviews, I not only bought this package, I also bought the anti pinch super pin and Doofer ground anchor.
I have a Ducati Multistrada 950s and was not sure what to buy that would fit and secure my bike. David sent me a photograph of the chain and anti pinch pin fitted to a previous customers Multistrada. Not only that he arranged for me to chat with the customer for more info. He went out of his way to help me make the correct choice of security. Hopefully I will never know how effective the security package is, however what I will say is, the chain and lock, the anti pinch pin and the Doofer ground anchor look and feel substantial pieces of security kit and look the part. If this works as a deterrent only, it is money well spent. I would highly recommend this company and these security products.

I recently purchased a Package Deal comprising the Protector 16mm Chain and Squire SS65CS Lock. I also purchased an anti theft pin and a Beefy Bridge ground anchor to fit to the wall of the garage.
