Very heavy duty chain and lock, excellent service by company. I read many reviews and bought this after watching bolt cropping videos. Only downside it's not a recognised chain when getting bike insurance on comparison websites. The almax was though. Hence 4 stars.

Insurance companies should rely on these live searches as the snapshot of approved products they've taken in the past get out of date very quickly, and that leads to a grey area for everyone. Improvements are long overdue on their side but that is underway, at last!

I purchased this bundle in 2016 & it has been outside in the elements securing my bike to a lamppost for over 6 years.
The chain is really beefy & a quality product I would recommend. I has minor issues with Squire padlock but David at Pragmasis was extremely helpful in getting me new parts.

The 16mm Chain offers best Security for reasonable money! It's big and heavy and makes me sleep well, knowing that thieves will hardly be able to steal my bike. I was even able to fit the chain through the frame of my Tiger 800 - perfect! The shiping to Austria was withing a couple of days and the support and information from David were great! I was looking for a suitable product to keep my newly purchased Vespa GTS Super safe and this seemed to fit the bill perfectly. I keep the bike locked on the street overnight so wanted to be assured that I had done everything I could to ensure that it is still there in the morning.

On the advice of David from Pragmasis I use the chain and padlock in conjunction with their Anti Pinch Pin which goes through the back wheel. For anyone else with the same bike the Anti Pinch Pin is a tight fit and the end protector cap needs to be popped off for it to fit between the brake disc and the rim.

The chain and padlock are just as impressive as the customer service received, excellent on all fronts. I would definitely recommend the Protector chain and Squire lock along with the pinch pin.

Excellent product, excellent communications. although bulky, the chain just fits through the fixing hole at the foot of an old shipping container, saving the cost of a ground anchor!

besides the great quality of the products i was really positively surprised by the great customer service. All my individual questions about securing my motorcycle were answered and i am glad to have purchased the 16mm chain with pinlock [Pragmasis comment: This was a 440mm Anti-Pinch Pin, to be used in conjunction with the 16mm chain and Squire SS65CS padlock.]

I bought the 2m 16mm chain with noose, Squire 65 and Torc Maxi ground anchor. Service was excellent, as were the fitting instructions.

Also handy that all this was included in the Bennetts online insurance quote form.
