Very substantial, impressive bit of kit.

I bought the 2m 19mm chain with the roundlock, this has to be the best deal ever!
I'm super happy with the quick service, quality of the products and I will definitely buy another chain in the near future!

I bought this to go with a Double Doofer anchor, ordered Friday lunchtime and arrived Saturday. Not bad for free postage!

The chain itself is a monster, I can't even imagine what the 22mm version is like. It looks to be very well made, finished in black and the chain sleeve looks pretty tough as well.

The Round Lock is equally well made and thought out, with the supplied adapter there's no way to get at the shackle when it's fitted to the chain. It's great that it doubles as a disc lock as well but since the Doofer needs the chain in it to be secure I shan't be taking advantage of that.

I doubt anybody will bother with trying to nick my bike with these fitted.

The products look to be extremely high quality, far better than anything else we have on the market down here in Australia.

Very pleased with the chain and lock, both look top quality. Roundlock snugly fits the chain so you physically can`t get to it and cut it. I always buy quality items and never look at the price. It`s an investment and I`m confident this combo will last very long time and serve me well. I`ll use it to lock my new motorcycle and bicycle together. Chain will be off the ground and fed through the "Maxi groun anchor" I also purchased with it. Anchor will be fixed to reinforced concrete wall. Chain is heavy but still managable, obviously for home use only, it`s not meant to be carried but everyone who buys this chain size knows that. Colour combination is superb. Delivery was next day after payment was taken, communication with David was excellent. Great company with great values - reputation and environment. I`m very happy customer.

After much research I decided to buy the Pragmasis 19mm chain and roundlock and these products truely will deter criminals. Not only am I convinced it will resist most attacks, David and the team did an excellent job advising what product to select for my motorbike. Great value!

The first thing you notice is what a beast the 19mm Pragmasis chain is. Heavy, solid and rugged. It fills you with confidence. This is only for home or office use. Then the design and quality of the RL21A lock is exactly how its been described by online reviewers. It is a serious bit of kit. It has a weight to it that means business. I chose the RL21A as I have read online that it is impossible to sledgehammer and dangerously difficult to angle grind due to its shape, burrs and finish. In fact, I bought 2 RL21's: one for the chain and one for the front disk. Let's see how the theives get on! They might need a brew half way.

Read about this in Bennetts motorcycle lock tests where it was very highly ranked. Initially ordered a 1.5m chain but I managed to slightly mis-measure the distance between the lamppost and the curb so had to go for a 2m. In any case, the customer support was excellent to help me resolve this. The chain is clearly super high quality and the padlock is great to also use as a disc lock...so much so that I ended up ordering another padlock for the front disc.

This chain and lock is way better than I was expecting, so pleased I chose this brand.

Second protector and roundlock combo I have bought, this time for my Dad. High quality chain and lock and excellent value. Fits my ground anchor perfectly and I love the way the roundlock can double as a disc lock when out and about.

You want the best hard security right? Remember that, when you're cursing and straining with the weight and size of this beast because it will be worth it in the end. Because these links are so large, the chain doesn't go through 180 degrees that easily so make sure you factor that in when you decide on the length you need. I ordered 1.5m and it was just, and I mean just, long enough to loop through the beefy bridge ground anchor with me under the back of the bike cursing and straining to make that happen but I'll tell you what, I wouldn't try to nick it now. Well made, well finished, the RL21 lock is a perfect fit, the order was handled quickly and the prices for what you get are very fair. I work on the principle that there will be easier things to pinch now than my bike. Highly recommended

As an ex-cop appropriate security measures have always been high on my lost of priorities and this package appears to one very substantial bit of kit. Certainly, it should make any would be thief think twice if it is used in conjunction with a ground anchor of equal quality.

I ordered a 2 metre length of this 19mm chain. It's an absolute beast - very high quality and arrived very quickly. The communication was brilliant during the ordering process and right up to final delivery.

The round lock is also excellent and has a very clever design.

Unfortunately my motorbike was stolen a few months back and I have been really nervous getting a new one. living in London I didn’t think any security equipment would stop a thief. I looked on Bennett motorcycle lock reviews and found this chain. It’s more than a chain it’s 10k of superman steel! I will definitely feel more confident getting a new bike a having this as part of my security. Well worth the money, service was amazing I ordered on Thursday 30th April and got the it delivered on Saturday 2nd May! I would defiantly recommend buying a lock and chain like this it’s probably the best you can do to protect a bike from theft. It’s a heavy lock but I have brought a tail saddle and it fits in perfectly.

After many an hour researching chain and padlock combos and checking videos for ease of picking / bolt cutting / angle grinding, this combo stood out for being both sensibly priced and (all but the most geared up thief) proof.

Now it's arrived, it certainly doesn't disappoint. Looped around a steel column, I now have four bicycles locked to an immovable chain, each with a D-lock through an individual link. A whole lot of cutting required to be able to steal anything more than one bike now. Probably more than a single battery or disc on a portable angle grinder could deal with at least and there'll be no way through with any other brute force tool.

The only improvement which would be handy would be for the chain links to be 5 or 6mm longer to enable an end link to pass through any mid length link, especially given that the noose option is not available on this diameter. It potentially degrades the security rating though so not a deal breaker - might just do some home modifications. Will get a real feel for how heavy duty the chain is that way!

Can't comment on its long term use as I've only just bought this combo, but it weighs a ton and is very high quality. I have no doubt that this chain and lock is one of the best options available anywhere.

After 25 years on rat bikes I took out a massive loan and bought a BMW 1250 GS Adventure...only for it to get stolen 3 months later.
