Ordered the 19mm chain and round lock - together with some other products. Turned up next working day - brilliant service. Chain and locks worked perfectly (had a few locks keyed alike) - all of the highest quality. Reviews on Bike Social convinced me that the round lock was the way to go - nothing they did could break the round lock. Highly recommended.

I purchased the 19 mm chain and Roundlock for use with my Torc ground anchor after reading independent reviews - if you want the best security then this combination must be at the top of your list.

A large motorbike insurance broker website recommend this combo and have conducted some serious tests on the kit and found it to be very secure indeed. Having read this and looked into some other reviews that were all extremely favourable I went for it. The tests found the chain and lock immune to 42" bolt cutters, sledge hammer attacks and various other hard tests.

It is quite an investment but after my Yamaha XJR1300 was pinched from my property, silently by some fiends with bolt-cutters, I think it's well worth it. My last lot of security look like toys in comparison to this kit and they didn't cope at all with the bolt cutters.

The Torc Lock and Protector are very robust and clearly well engineered and the roundlock is a beautifully snug fit making the whole combo formidable. The chain is heavy and best suited for home security but the round lock will double as a disk lock on many bikes which is handy.

Pragmasis really go the extra mile with the fitting equipment and instructions both online and with the product. The online videos are thorough and well pitched. The fixing kit that comes with the ground anchor contains everything you need (bar a hammer drill) including very clear, easy to follow instructions and the details like the pre marked drill bit and tapping in bolt are excellent. Delivery was rapid and inexpensive given the weight of the kit.

I highly recommend the kit and am very pleased with my purchase and my dealings with Pragmasis.

Bought this chain because in a test it ranked as number two out of 50.
Beware the chain is very heavy. I didn't expect it to be that heavy, I was intending to use it for traveling as well but that's impossible.
I'd probably still get it again though because it just gives you peace of mind at home.
Using it on an F650GS. Be aware that the chain is very thick.
It's hard to find a spot on the F650GS where you can fit it through the frame but I found one. Make sure your bike can fit such a big chain. {Pragmasis Comment: A lot of BMW owners find that our Anti-Pinch Pin can help with using a big chain, if they have a bike with a single-sided swingarm. Bought this to secure motorbike at home. Cant see any average thief breaking this chain, and the round lock is much better than a padlock.

You can lock your bike with the chain and lock, you can lock your bike with just the round lock and you can tow large ships out of harbour.

The chain is massive. Definitely not something you could take on the road. Sleeve is made of thick, durable material- no way you can tear it by accident. Lock is great. Seems like not something that can be picked easly. Rubber cover is solid and not falling off. One of the best options on the market (I'd say 2nd after the most expensive bundle on this website) and definitely better than all the oxfords etc.

Purchased this to go through my mountain bikes on a stand, chain weighs 15kg serious piece of kit, easier to cut my bike in half that this chain. For the money it's a great deal the lock sits perfect and easy to use.

If you're looking for something to lock up your BMX whilst doing your paper round, this is not for you. It's a beast! The lock is very close fitting so I would imagine very difficult to get through and the chain looks like it would scare most thieving scumbags away. I think it's a bargain at this price as well compared to others on the market.

Before buying make sure you have enough space around your frame to put it through as on my Bonneville there is only 1 way of doing it and engine must cool down before chaining.

I live in central London and thanks to this chain I can sleep well again, not worrying about my bike.

Roundlock is amazing and works as a disc lock.

This is serious kit and needs to be handled carefully. A testament to its quality. I cut a slit in the sleeve in order to keep chain tight and off the ground passing through a Torc Anchor. My trailer is going no where. Great delivery, excellent stuff.

Just seeing the size of the chain alone i think would put off most thieves. I'm no expert but the quality seems very good and very impressed with the round lock system. Service was prompt and received the item very next day. Expensive but very much worth it.

Delivered within 2 days, this impressive looking chain is the sort of thing you would use to tether a belligerent Aircraft Carrier to it's mooring!! The compact round lock is a really snug fit inside the links. I feel more confident leaving the bike parked up at work now! Excellent product and great service.

I've been using the Doofer, 19mm chain and round lock for over a year. The Doofer is an excellent piece of design and I'm sure it is very secure. The chain is slightly smaller than a anchor chain to a tanker and is somewhat fiddly to thread through the wheel and frame but you get used to it. The round lock seems to be secure but would be improved if it would snap closed rather than having to use the key to close it. All in all I feel my bike is secured in the barn as well as it can be. Finally S for B's website is a mine of great information and advice, I'm buying a large dog bowl for the front door tomorrow! I've also ordered a second chain and round lock for a second bike.

The weight and quality are very reassuring. The round lock works well and is a snug fit that should prevent thieves from even knowing where to start.

I'd done quite a bit of research and the item comes highly recommended.

The round lock is a nice "lighter" weight option to lock up my bike with a 0.6m length. It just about fits and is not what i would call light but is transportable in a pinch for when a massive lock is neeeded.
Like the round lock design and fits nicely with a big chain, helpful service to get the lock.

In brief, this is great kit, plus delivery and advice when I called also excellent.

I bought the 19mm chain and round lock to secure an ATV to a Torq Ground Anchor in newly laid concrete and it really does the job.

I won't repeat the other reviews but they're right on - very solid + well made, chain pretty heavy (definitely a lock up at home rather than take to the shops - glad I didn't get the 22mm), roundlock ingenious and should be bombproof albeit slightly fiddly to get the key in.

So the only thing you're left fearing is the handheld angle grinders, and even then it would take quite a bit of preparation and time to cut through - so hopefully you've deterred them and they've gone looking for a softer target.

Haven't had them put to test yet, but feel that they would be more than up to the job. Very heavy chain, lock looks feels well made, easy to use. Will put my mind at rest.

I bought the 16mm chain and round lock based on reviews and couldn't be more happy. Now the challenge is for me to say something which hasn't been said already! Great with an anchor

My bike is out the front of my house. Oxford double skinned anchor on the wall. After advise from various sources I discovered that my Oxford boss disc locks were vulnerable to bolt croppers and one of my chains and locks was also croppable.
So with the purchase of a 16mm uncroppable DIB D Lock, and the combination of the 19mm protector and RoundLock I can now rest easy at night. The 19mm chain goes through the Oxford Anchor Force ok and leaves little room for prying.
The chain is a beast! Really confidence inspiring. The RoundLock with adaptor RL21A is a good snug fit, and has excellent reviews from attack testing professionals. Don’t be put off by the low cost. This thing is almost impregnable. I’m still using 3 other disc locks and another chain, but figure the more the merrier. I’d rather a few extra minutes of inconvenience putting on extra security than the inconvenience of not having a bike and massive insurance increases.

I ordered the lock an Chain to upgrade the 16mm protector chain I already have. The products arrived within 48 hours. The chain and lock are very well made and work perfectly with my anti pinch pin and torq ground anchor. If someone nicks my bike with all of these items securing it I’m sure the noise they make will be head for miles around. I couldn’t rate these items any higher. If you want to keep your bike just buy them.

Got this to keep my bike secure at home. Really good quality and the round locks are far more secure than a padlock. Was able to get the chain out to me next day delivery also. Very impressed.

This chain is massive and seriously heavyweight (quite unlike any other security product I have ever come across).

My bike was stolen and only recovered due to the immobiliser preventing hot-wiring. However it didn't prevent them from doing a lot of damage costing far more than this chain/lock. Hopefully it prevents them from even trying next time.

I've never bothered with a chain before but getting my first house without a garage i thought necessitated one.

After a lot of research and temptation by certain other brands (cheaper) i thought i better put the money into something quality.

So far I don't believe I've been wrong. This chain is HEAVY (2.0m) and I think - or hope - anyone will have a very hard and noisy time trying to break it. The round lock is also an excellent little idea and just about goes through a disc slot on my K1200R.

The only criticism I have - and this is more devils advocate here - is that the links are SO large you may have trouble securing it to certain parts of the bike. However, if you want safe you need a bigger chain and you can always get the pinch pin.

I've since got one of the Torc Ground Anchors to go with the chain and it all seems excellent.
