The biggest and beefiest production security chain in the world, as far as we know, plus the biggest and beefiest padlock. This is the ultimate, for extreme applications only.

Please beware that this is an extremely heavy duty chain and it is suitable for only the most severe security applications. It is almost twice the weight of our 19mm chain, and that is already heavy duty! The SS100CS padlock weighs another 5kg! Please do not order this unless you are confident that you really need such an extreme chain, and that you are going to be able to handle it and fit it through whatever item(s) you need to secure. It is a beast! We reserve the right to make a restocking charge if you order it and then need to return it.

Note that this is a long-link chain so the end links should be interlocked in order to fit the lock, as for most of our Protector range of chains.

Sold Secure Motorcycle ("Powered Cycle") Diamond for the chain and the lock also passed at Sold Secure Powered Cycle Diamond standard when tested with a 22mm security chain.

Please Note: This is a specialist item and stock may be limited in some lengths, and other lengths may be available at times.

The lock is usually supplied with two cylinders that are themselves Keyed-Alike, meaning you open the lock by using two keys simultaneously and both of those keys are the same. (Distinctly-keyed "Keyed to Differ" SS100CS locks are also available, to special order.) These cylinders are the R1 restricted key profile.

The chain is 11kg/metre.

Please note: The SS100CS is an ultra heavy duty lock that weighs 5kg for the lock on its own! Neither the lock, nor the 25mm Titan chain, are recommended except for extreme situations where the absolute ultimate deterrent is required.

Please note the lock deliberately only fits a single link of the chain. We have a video showing how to interlock the end links of the chain in order to fit the lock.
