The package deal of TORC Ground Anchor, Chain and Lock arrived promptly.
When I was installing the anchor in the concrete floor of my garage for the Anchor, I hit two problems.

1. Because I didn’t have a metal detector as advised in the comprehensive instructions I hadn’t checked the garage floor for underlying metal. The 12mm masonry drill bit supplied hit metal, possibly a rebar, part way down one of the holes. Fortunately it was the last of the four holes being drilled. The bit tip became blunt and could not penetrate further. This was easily overcome by buying a drill bit from a local supplier then using that new bit to finish the drilling.

2. Again as advised I hadn't checked that the concrete floor of my garage was thick enough. The holes bottomed out in the hardcore below. I pushed small shingle to the bottom of the holes to block them at the length of the fixing bolts and took a chance that the resin in the glass injection resin capsules supplied would cling to the sides of the holes and provide sufficient anchorage for the TORC Ground Anchor.
I then left the installation for 24 hours.
Next day I checked the anchor and managed to pull it and the fixing bolts off the garage floor. So back to David for advice and to be brief he advised I should order the injection resin kit, how to prepare the bolts for refitting and how to prevent the resin escaping into the hardcore. I followed his instructions and those in the kit, completed the job and next day checked the anchor. It was immovable, so job done.

The Torc ground anchor is a monster. I was looking for the best anchor and I reckon this is it. It looks great. It looks tough. Its easy to fit. And now its in place it feels absolutely secure. Confident that whatever I chain to it will stay where it is. Very impressed.

I ordered this last week, as a means to secure 4 bricks together on my garage wall.

I ordered this last week, it was dispatched the next day, great personal comms with it, not automated giving an update along with the tracking number.

Fitted it was no problems at all (used the brick kit), comes with absolutely everything you need in the box. Nice clear instructions as well. Would certainly recommend it.

And on the plus side, no one is ever nicking those 4 bricks in the wall I've attached it to :P

My experience of this product and the service from securityforbikes.co.uk has been extremely positive. The communication by email was excellent - personal, not automated emails.
The product was well packaged and arrived very quickly via a tracked delivery service.
The anchor appears to be manufactured to a high quality. Of course with this type of product, it is perhaps difficult to tell, unless it gets 'used'. I'm hoping I never find out. But it's a nice simple design with visually good welds.
Fitting instructions were excellent. Clear step by step instructions that left nothing to chance.
Overall, very happy with this purchase.

I have purchased 2 of each product detailed in the header and fitted them this weekend. My concrete floor was tougher than expected so I needed to use smaller drills before the 16mm. All products supplied are excellent, well made and robust. The service is also first class. I would not hesitate to recommend the products and company to anyone, so much so that I have purchased another pin lock to use as a disc lock and advised my father to make an investment.

This is my second purchase of a Torc ground anchor. The supplied instructions are top notch and the pack includes everything you will need to install in around 30 minutes at a leisurely pace using a decent hammer drill. Matched with the 19mm chain and squire lock I am confident that my bike is going nowhere without a herculean effort on the part of a thief. Worth every penny.

I've bought 2 ground ground anchors, chains and locks, and they've been faultless. I recommended to a friend who the day after fitting his had his MTB attempted to be stolen but the anchor and chain did their job. Also contacted David for extra fitting kit as I had to relocate one (after much angle grinding and swearing). Excellent customer service and products. Definitely recommend!

Excellent upfront phone support to my technical questions , prompt anchor dispatch/arrival , securely packed , well thought through packaging and protection of fitting kit and anchor items . I became almost obsessive studying reviews and comparing ground anchors before finally settling on the Torc ground anchor and I'm really glad I decided on this one.
It arrived really quickly and when I opened the box I found a surprisingly heavy and increadibly substantial piece of quality metal work. The look alone should be enough to put off all but the most determined and well equipped of thieves. Even if they come fully armed it's going to take a lot of time and noise to get through this.
As long as you have access to a decent drill, fitting is as easy as it gets too.
The only way I can see Pragmasis improving the security of this is by including a trained guard dog in the box.

Surprised with quite how heavy and serious this anchor is, looks extremely well thought out and made, was a breeze to fit, had to hire a descent sds drill to even touch the concrete, job done in well under an hour, delivery was excellent with great communication, and for what it is, I think the price is great on this product, if you are looking for a Ground Anchor, buy this one, you won't be disappointed .

I have used a range of Pragmasis products; shed shackle, torc anchors, and security chains. All products are superb quality and the customer service is excellent.

Delivery within 48 hours, excellent kit of parts, well packaged. Clear instructions. My biggest challenge was drilling into concrete floor - my 500W hammer drill struggled - switched to SDS - 4 holes done in a jiffy. Install was then matter of following instructions - and do use hammer drill to steadily drive the bolts into the resin capsules - you do need the torque. It looks neat once done.

This is more a review of the company than the product. Even though I changed my order on the day of despatch David sorted it out. When I found out I had ordered completely the wrong product for my application they sorted it for me without the slightest hint of annoyance.

I ordered a Torc anchor an 13 mm chain. I have no doubt of the quality of the product. You will not see stuff this good in a motorbike shop.

I would recommend them and their products completely.

Great product, easy install (albeit with an SDS drill) and solid outcome. Paired up with the 13mm Protector chain and Squire padlock I am confident that the thieving b******s won't have it so easy the next time they come back.

I got this online after looking for alternative solutions but could not find one in Australia. This is easy to install after renting a big enough drill to put holes in my concrete driveway. There is the instructional video on youtube and David was more than helpful with any queries I had regarding shipping and installation as I had to use the concrete resin bolts. This is a great product and the only one i would trust. It was super expensive to get it shipped but its definitely worth the money.

Great service from the off. I live in a remote area - delivery no problem – they arranged it with no fuss, kept me up to date, gave me an estimated delivery date and checked the anchor had arrived. The anchor is very well made and finished. Instructions are first class, logical and easy to follow. What is even more impressive is everything is included for fitting – including the drill bit – pre taped for the hole depth! Can I give more than 5 stars?

This is without a doubt the ultimate ground anchor on the market, if you desire the best security for you bike then look no further, I spent numerous hours researching and everyone I spoke to pointed me to Pragmasis. I'm now on my 4th ground anchor(different locations) and touch wood nothing has been stolen or event attempted since fitting.
