I've purchased 2 of these now and they really are brilliant! Easy to fit (although DON'T to a "trial fit" of the screws into the wall, it's a pain to get the housings out again and if you do they'll be in several pieces. I found this out the hard way. Lol. Entirely my fault though, not a failing of the equipment) and really solid once done. The customer service was amazing too, on all occasions. Very helpful and friendly.

Bought one of these along the Protector 16mm chain, Anti-Pinch pin and Squire SS65CS lock for my 899 Panigale. So easy to fit, just make sure to clean the drilled holes thoroughly before dropping the chemical resin in. I also used a flat punch to drive the ball bearings into the hex heads, can imagine them pinging away if you just smack them with a hammer! [Pragmasis Comment: The fitting kit contains an M8 bolt to be used as a punch to help with driving the ball bearings into the hex sockets. You should not need a separate punch, but if you have one and prefer to use it, feel free!]

I've just installed Torc Ground Anchor, it really did take only an hour. Thank you, also for the added bits; the dust blowing tube, the small bottle brush, the ball bearing bashing bolt and lastly, the depth guide on the included drill. All designed to make my life easier, thanks again.

Many Anchors on the market, not many have "current" Sold Secure gold that covers so many category not just Bikes, the deal of 19mm Chain and Torc Ground looks unstoppable and the images don't do it justice!

Very impressed with this ground anchor, looks very well made and fitted in no time after watching the you tube instructions. Service is very good too.

I went for the fresh concrete in kit.
(I'm no builder) I dug a hole 45x45x45cm and used 5 and a half 20kg Hanson 40N ready mix bags (from Wickes) Mixed in my wheelbarrow 2 at a time and poured in hole, pushed the ground anchor into the mix and let it set. I hope this helps. The only negative was they didn't include the 4 M8 nylon nuts needed to build the kit. All in all, an excellent product and highly recommended. [Pragmasis Comment: Ooh, they aren't supposed to be Nyloc nuts, just ordinary M10 hex nuts, but they should be there in the kit with the other bolts! Sincere apologies if we left them out. I've just checked the other kits on the shelf here and the nuts are there. Apologies again for any inconvenience, and thanks for the feedback and detail on the ready-mix. All much appreciated.]

I bought this 10 months ago and wanted to give it a proper trial before leaving a review. I am very impressed with the whole system (I also purchased the 16mm chain and Squire padlock at the same time). I had my previous scooter stolen from my driveway overnight. I thought I was pretty secure with my Oxford chain and ground anchor, but the thieves cut through this and the padlock on my gate with relative ease. I thought I would never sleep a full night again! But I have to say I have 100% confidence in the Pragmasis system. Everyone is impressed with the weight and quality of the chain. The ground anchor was easy to fit and I feel confident enough to leave the scooter when I am away from home. I was scared that the thieves would come back once they saw I had a new scooter and take it again but I don't think they stand a chance now.

Ordered Monday arrived Tuesday very well packaged with the padlock.
They're both Huge and very well made. looking forward to fitting the anchor, I'm going to counter sink it into the floor to remove the trip hazard. Nagging hazard.

Delighted with this purchase. The anchor, chain and lock came extremely well packed. We dug a hole in the gravel floor of my open cart shed and concreted in the torc anchor. The accompanying instructions were very clear and we had no trouble fitting the anchor. I now have my ride-on lawn mower secured to the anchor with a 16mm protector chain and squire SS65CS lock. Whoever stole my original ride-on mower will have trouble making off with its replacement! No hesitation in recommending these products.

I ordered two anchors for my bikes and received them the day after ordering. I wish all manufacturers were as good as Pragmasis - the kit included everything you need for fitting it (including a piece of tubing for blowing the dust out the holes!) so all you need is a hammer drill. The anchors took less than 30 minutes each to fit - it is well worthwhile taking your time to get the holes drilled correctly. I also purchased the 19 mm chain and Roundlocks as it is pointless purchasing such a secure anchor then fitting an inferior lock or chain to it. 10 out of 10 for them all and certainly recommended.

Very happy with the product. Thorough instructions meant it was straightforward to fit. Using the tube to blow out the blind holes pushed alot more debris out than I expected so should have done it earlier in the process. I found the hex drive was slighlty seized in the bolt heads and needed freeing off with pliers to pull it out.
[Pragmasis Comment: Sorry that you had difficulty with the hex drive bit. We buy them direct from the factory but, very unusually, we had a batch with some that were out of tolerance. We complained, as you'd expect, and went through our packed and component stock. I apologise if we missed yours as it should have been replaced. Sorry for the inconvenience.
...And yes, there can often be a surprising amount of stuff down the drilled hole. Cleaning it out is important, which is why we include the tube etc in the fitting kit to help you get the best result possible.

Having just moved house to one with a garage I got this as a beefy complement to my existing 19mm chain and SS65C lock. Not fitted yet, but it is clearly well thought out and about as bombproof as you can get. I like the size options, range of fitting kits and most of all the excellent advice and service. Had a bit of back and forth with David at Pragmasis about what would work best on my concrete floor over a cellar and he really took the time and trouble to advise me on the various options from his extensive experience. As with many Pragmasis products the price/quality ratio is as good as it gets. Easily worth the cost and time to fit for the peace of mind…

Serious piece of kit - great support from the guys at Pragmasis, with very quick tracked delivery. Being able to watch the installation videos was a massive plus and the package contained virtually everything I needed - I just needed a drill and a few basic tools, although the torc installation was an ideal excuse to upgrade to a SDS drill which made short work of my concrete garage floor. I'm using the Torc with the Protector 16mm chain and the Roundlock - a great combination

Great product, great instructions/videos, arrived promptly. A good drill is needed for the concrete and a trial drill with a small masonry drill bit might be advisable if you're worried about the depth of the concrete. My garage floor was fine though. With the 13mm chain and a D-lock, plenty good enough to deter all but the most professional thief.

I’ve got a selection of the Torc ground anchor, 19mm chain and the anti pinch pin. Great service from David and it all helps me sleep better at night.

I am by no means a dab hand at DIY but managed to fit the Torc Mega to a brick wall with the expanding bolts in under an hour. A decent drill did help. I'd say if I can fit this to a wall then pretty much anyone can!

I bought this ground anchor as I've had a bike stolen from a locked garage in the past. This anchor has seriously put my mind at ease as it's so sturdy.
Absolutely everything was provided - the dedicated, pre-marked drill bit and tube to vacuum out dust from the drillholes were particularly nice touches to the kit. Would recommend to anyone looking to add some security. Thanks!!

Last for ever. I had problems though with the resin capsules as my concrete wasn’t good enough and 2 of the capsules just disappeared and didn’t break. Fortunately David at Pragmasis came to my rescue and suggested using the injection resin. He was really helpful and gave lots of suggestions and besides the product being 5 stars, I’m also giving 5 stars for the great customer service. I also bought the 2m Protector 13mm chain and round lock, which is very substantial and easily goes around 3 bikes. I now feel like I can sleep easy keeping my expensive bikes in the shed.

Delivered bang on time, very well packaged. Instructions are excellent and all the bits in the box make installation a pleasure. Clearly top quality and very well thought out. Fixed it to the concrete floor in about 40 minutes, all very straightforward. Just take your time and have everything to hand. Would recommend.

The Torc Ground Anchor is an excellent piece of security kit, that I thoroughly recommend. I use the ground anchor for securing my mountain bike to our concrete garage floor and it provides a very strong anchor point.
Pragamsis are excellent too, as I have had first hand experience of their after sales support - great communication, fast to answer any questions - truly A class.

Product seems solid. Package contained everything needed to do a good job and advice was excellentl. For drilling into tough concrete I recommend a corded SDS drill. I wasted a lot of time with my old hammer drill before treating myself. £100 well spent.

This is a superb product, its massively over-engineered (in the best sense of the word) and will give any would be thief whose stupid enough to try to defeat it real problems.

I opted for the resin capsule method of installation and the fitting kit contained absolutely everything required, all I had to provide was the mains powered electric hammer drill.


Despite never previously used resin capsules I had the job done in about an hour, its really straightforward if you follow the excellent comprehensive instructions and once the resin has fully cured the installation is rock solid.

Easy to install, easy to use, indestructible.
What more could you want!

I bought this as a precaution to secure my van at night along with the 19mm chain and SS80CS padlock package deal.
I bought the 'new concrete' fitting kit and set it into approx 2.4t ( 1 x m3 ) of concrete.
I also added lengths of rebar to bind the anchor deep into the mix.
There's no way a thief could pull that out of the ground or crop the chain, they'd have to use a grinder which = a lot of noise, so I'm very happy. A fair bit of work yes, but my van is my job. Easy decision.

Very easy to install even for novice per the very helpful and clear instructions! The anchor itself is very impressive and sturdy, and the abundance of fitting types mean it can be used for just about any situation. Fits my 16mm Protector perfectly, no greater reassurance than knowing my bike is secured by both of these products.

I used the concrete in fitting back. Instructions were very clear and precise, even down to the detail of how to mix concrete! Will take a thief a lot of effort to destroy. Best on the market.

Purchased this ground anchor kit with resin injection cartridge. Excellent quality anchor, very comprehensive kit and instructions. Service was first class, SDS+ drill bit even came marked for correct depth depth. Anchor takes my 15mm link chain with ease. Quick and easy to install and resin work perfectly on my old but decent quality concrete floor. Highly recommended.
