In the new year i bought a chain/lock and anchor package deal from Pragmasis to protect some pushbikes, so pleased was i with the kit that when i needed to fit an anchor to a new concrete shed base there was only one option to protect my powered garden equipment, another Torc anchor.

I bought a Torc Mega Ground Anchor, Protector chains and DIB D-Locks. The products are well-designed and manufactured. The website is really helpful, particularly the technical details of locating and installing the ground anchor. The products arrived by express courier and were well packaged. I was nervous about installing the ground anchor but I followed the excellent instructions carefully and the job was quite straighforward. I have no hesitation in recommending Pragmasis if you want to secure your kit properly

Delivery of a Torc Ground Anchor, a Beefy Bridge plus two 13mm chains and Roundlocks received from DPD a couple of days ago. What a piece of kit !, well packaged, superbly finished and expertly made. Nice to see well engineered British made products as opposed to oriental copies. I now have a classic Lambretta scooter and a Velosolex moped securely fastened up to daunt any thief. If your looking for security products don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed.

I bought the Torc Ground Anchor to allow me to securely store my bike outside. It's a great piece of kit - very simple, but ever so strong when combined with a heavy duty chain and shackle. Fitting is very straight forward - the instructions are very detailed and easy to follow. I used the expanding bolts and adhesive to make absolutely certain it's going nowhere - better to be safe than sorry. A little tip; when hammering in the ballbearings, put a towel on the ground underneath because otherwise if you drop one you'll never find it again! The customer service provided by Pragmasis was superb - great communication, detailed updates on delivery times and happy to send a couple of extra ballbearings to replace the one I lost! This item is superb in every sense, it looks the part, it exudes quality. Don't hesitate, you will NOT be disappointed. Everything you need to install into concrete is supplied along with comprehensive instructions.

I used the concrete in fitting back. Instructions were very clear and precise, even down to the detail of how to mix concrete! Will take a thief a lot of effort to destroy. Best on the market.

Purchased the Torc Ground Anchor, with 19mm chain and Squire SS65CS-XLN with the NW4 cylinder upgrade - I have to say i'm very impressed with the quality of all the kit. The ordering process was very straightforward with exceptional delivery speed. I was more than impressed with the enclosed fitting instructions and easy to follow video on the web site! The anchor itself took no more than about 25 - 30 minutes and i took my time to ensure the holes were drilled exact with no dust left in the holes - used the resin capsules exactly as shown in the video and followed the excellent instuctions and was installed quickly and very straightforward - would have absolutely no hesitation in purchasing further products from Pragmasis or recommending them to others. 5 stars here.

This is a great bit of kit that is solidly built. The installation kit (concrete floor in my case) contains everything down to the required drill bit and even a spare bolt to drive the bearings into the bolt heads. This is the first time that I have had the pleasure of installation instructions that don't require any second guessing. The short videos on the website are also very informative. Surprised with quite how heavy and serious this anchor is, looks extremely well thought out and made, was a breeze to fit, had to hire a descent sds drill to even touch the concrete, job done in well under an hour, delivery was excellent with great communication, and for what it is, I think the price is great on this product, if you are looking for a Ground Anchor, buy this one, you won't be disappointed .

The Torc Ground Anchor is an excellent piece of security kit, that I thoroughly recommend. I use the ground anchor for securing my mountain bike to our concrete garage floor and it provides a very strong anchor point.
Pragamsis are excellent too, as I have had first hand experience of their after sales support - great communication, fast to answer any questions - truly A class.

DPD delivery time was accurate. The instructional video gave me the confidence to fit the anchor as I'm not much of a DIYer. The provision of an SDS drill bit was an added bonus. Coupled with the 16mm chain and a Dlink I'm confident my bike is safe.

The Torc ground anchor arrived the next working day and it's certainly a quality product, very strong and well made - I'm very pleased! Excellent customer service from Pragmasis too! All highly recommended.

Bike solid construction using thick, hardened Steel. Good quality, easy to follow fitting instructions and all kit required to fit except the drill!

I was very happy to find that the ground anchor came with full instructions but also some tooling which, had I not been given, would have meant going out to buy additional parts. Excellent!
Was very easy to install, looks good, strong, and has quite a low profile so is less of a trip hazard than most anchors.
Should I move house or require another, I'd buy another one!

I've got to say I looked at the rest and believe I've bought the best.
Really happy with the delivery time and packaging.
Watch the video, read the instructions and you cannot go wrong with this product.
as stated in the advert, everything you need is in the kit.
The only items I required were a Hammer Drill, a Hammer and a Hoover.
Perhaps one day all on line suppliers will be this efficient.

I installed the Torc Ground anchor in my shed, resin fixing it into the concrete pad the shed sits on. It was easy to install, and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. It is worth checking everything twice before final installation though, as once the ground anchor is in, it’s going nowhere! Total fitting time was under 30 mins.

My shed was broken into a couple of months after fitting, and everything locked to the ground anchor (with a 16mm chain) was still there when I discovered the break in. It is a great piece of kit, very well thought through and the customer service has been exceptional. I'm now purchasing further chains and door security from Steve to help beef up security further!

Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

This is an easy to fit deterrent, very strong, very secure and combined with 16mm Protector chain and suitable lock gives peace of mind.

The Torc Ground Anchor package is very high quality, and the attention to detail is remarkable. Pragmasis have done everything they can to make installation as clear and straight-forward as possible - not only do they provide the required drill bit, but have even marked it with tape as a depth indicator. Along with instructive videos, Pragmasis have really gone that extra mile.

That said, I did have problems with the installation (I'm by no means a DIY expert and the concrete in my garage is very tough). So, I emailed Pragmasis and got a response within the hour - on a Sunday! Steve has been extremely helpful and responsive with advice.

If only all companies were this good.

I have now installed three of these anchors (in two different homes) and have always found them to be excellent. what's more the service you get with them is exceptional. I needed some advice regarding my fitting and Stephen not only spent ten minutes on the phone talking me through it but also emailed me detailed instructions in both video and text format. Incredibly quick delivery too. Cannot recommend highly enough!
