This is my second purchase of a Torc ground anchor. The supplied instructions are top notch and the pack includes everything you will need to install in around 30 minutes at a leisurely pace using a decent hammer drill. Matched with the 19mm chain and squire lock I am confident that my bike is going nowhere without a herculean effort on the part of a thief. Worth every penny.

The sales response was excellent. We coordinated the delivery to Australia to coincide with my personal needs (I was away from home for a time). The product is rock solid and the installation was fairly straightforward. I recommend the company and its products unconditionally.

I have purchased 2 of each product detailed in the header and fitted them this weekend. My concrete floor was tougher than expected so I needed to use smaller drills before the 16mm. All products supplied are excellent, well made and robust. The service is also first class. I would not hesitate to recommend the products and company to anyone, so much so that I have purchased another pin lock to use as a disc lock and advised my father to make an investment.

My experience of this product and the service from securityforbikes.co.uk has been extremely positive. The communication by email was excellent - personal, not automated emails.
The product was well packaged and arrived very quickly via a tracked delivery service.
The anchor appears to be manufactured to a high quality. Of course with this type of product, it is perhaps difficult to tell, unless it gets 'used'. I'm hoping I never find out. But it's a nice simple design with visually good welds.
Fitting instructions were excellent. Clear step by step instructions that left nothing to chance.
Overall, very happy with this purchase.

It's a perfect fit, it's supertightened and the ball bearings make it virtually impossible to loosen.

I ordered this last week, as a means to secure 4 bricks together on my garage wall.

I ordered this last week, it was dispatched the next day, great personal comms with it, not automated giving an update along with the tracking number.

Fitted it was no problems at all (used the brick kit), comes with absolutely everything you need in the box. Nice clear instructions as well. Would certainly recommend it.

And on the plus side, no one is ever nicking those 4 bricks in the wall I've attached it to :P

The Torc ground anchor is a monster. I was looking for the best anchor and I reckon this is it. It looks great. It looks tough. Its easy to fit. And now its in place it feels absolutely secure. Confident that whatever I chain to it will stay where it is. Very impressed.

This is a great product. I needed something to secure my bicycles to a concrete base. It arrived quickly, it's as solid as a rock, and the installation was straightforward thanks to the very clear instructions. Would recommend.

Very clear instructions with everything included to do the job right. The installation of the Torc was straightforward, providing a very secure anchor for the 13mm chain.

The package deal of TORC Ground Anchor, Chain and Lock arrived promptly.
When I was installing the anchor in the concrete floor of my garage for the Anchor, I hit two problems.

1. Because I didn’t have a metal detector as advised in the comprehensive instructions I hadn’t checked the garage floor for underlying metal. The 12mm masonry drill bit supplied hit metal, possibly a rebar, part way down one of the holes. Fortunately it was the last of the four holes being drilled. The bit tip became blunt and could not penetrate further. This was easily overcome by buying a drill bit from a local supplier then using that new bit to finish the drilling.

2. Again as advised I hadn't checked that the concrete floor of my garage was thick enough. The holes bottomed out in the hardcore below. I pushed small shingle to the bottom of the holes to block them at the length of the fixing bolts and took a chance that the resin in the glass injection resin capsules supplied would cling to the sides of the holes and provide sufficient anchorage for the TORC Ground Anchor.
I then left the installation for 24 hours.
Next day I checked the anchor and managed to pull it and the fixing bolts off the garage floor. So back to David for advice and to be brief he advised I should order the injection resin kit, how to prepare the bolts for refitting and how to prevent the resin escaping into the hardcore. I followed his instructions and those in the kit, completed the job and next day checked the anchor. It was immovable, so job done.

This Torc ground anchor seems bullet proof, with great strength and high quality of construction. Delivery was fast and the installation instructions were the finest I have ever seen. Six pages might have initially seemed daunting but every step is explained in great and unambiguous detail, together with the supply of drill bit, hex bit driver and ball bearing punch.
I cannot praise too highly.

This is a great bit of kit that is solidly built. The installation kit (concrete floor in my case) contains everything down to the required drill bit and even a spare bolt to drive the bearings into the bolt heads. This is the first time that I have had the pleasure of installation instructions that don't require any second guessing. The short videos on the website are also very informative. Purchased the Torc Ground Anchor, with 19mm chain and Squire SS65CS-XLN with the NW4 cylinder upgrade - I have to say i'm very impressed with the quality of all the kit. The ordering process was very straightforward with exceptional delivery speed. I was more than impressed with the enclosed fitting instructions and easy to follow video on the web site! The anchor itself took no more than about 25 - 30 minutes and i took my time to ensure the holes were drilled exact with no dust left in the holes - used the resin capsules exactly as shown in the video and followed the excellent instuctions and was installed quickly and very straightforward - would have absolutely no hesitation in purchasing further products from Pragmasis or recommending them to others. 5 stars here.

Excellent product, well worth the money! My install experience was only hampered by my dodgy Bosh electric drill, not really up for the job of drilling my garage floor - used a 10mm STS Challenger drill first and then widened with the supplied 12mm - Maybe an option for Pragmasis is to select STS or straight shank for the bit. After 24 hours after install gave it a good yank - very impressed - rock solid.

The Torc anchor is one solid bit of kit. I ordered one with resin capsules as I thought my concrete base was in good condition - it certainly felt like that when drilling into it (you definitely need as SDS drill by the way!) but the next morning I gave the anchor a tug and found it was not secured at all. I emailed David at Pragmasis and he suggested the injection resin. I followed the excellent video on this site and now it is rock solid. Really great customer service, with David quickly responding to emails sometimes late into the night. Very pleased with the Torc ground anchor and would highly recommend it and Pragmasis.

This ground anchor is a real beast. It makes any other ground anchor I've seen look rather pathetic! Great build quality, nice a heavy, looks very secure. Customer service from Pragmasis has been fantastic. I really do highly recommend this company and their product.

This is my second Torc Ground Anchor as I purchased my first several years ago. It is still in place beside my house 5yrs later and no signs of wear and tear. This time round I installed in the concrete floor of my shed. I used the brick wall kit as I was not really sure of the concrete quality. In fact I also ordered a kit for my neighbor for his brand new pride and joy. Both kits came exactly as spec and were installed in a little over 20mins each. Cannot recommend highly enough, both the product and customer service are outstanding. Two very satisfied customers who would return again with no hesitation.

Solid, secure, straightforward to fit, and everything you need in the kit! Together with chain, squire lock and the anti-pinch pin, an excellent all-round solution.

Lacking a suitable concrete floor for the install, I went for the brick/poor mortar option. I followed the comprehensive (but easy to follow) instructions, and had the job done within 30-40 mins.
