The ground anchor and 19mm chain with round lock make for a serious deterrent. The service and advice was excellent. The video on "how to use the resin fitting kit" is idiot proof and is essential viewing.

Ground anchor fitted easily in my garage, ready to go next morning. Now have an easy to use, elegant locking system which seems about as secure as I can manage!

Takes an hour to install but it’s a straightforward task. Once fitted the anchor is solid and works well with the 16mm chain.

Once it is installed properly you will need a tank to pluck it out.Very happy with a purchase. Highy quality product (as everything else which comes from Pragmasis.)

I have just one niggle, unlike the resin shown in the video I received the glass capsules. Having drilled the holes and cleaned them as advised so that the bolts just dropped in. Fine but then would the glass tubes just drop in, no. They got stuck half way down. I carefully removed three of them and was able to widen the holes with a fresh drill, but one just broke and I had to stuff the bolt in as best I could. After 24hrs the anchor appears to be totally secure, but it was a worrying moment. Otherwise all the help given was first class.
{PRagmasis Comment: We have videos that show both the resin capsule fitting sequence, and another that shows the injection resin, in a cartridge. There should not normally be an issue with the holes being under-size for the resin capsules, though. Apologies that you had a problem. That can be caused by a piece of flint or other really hard element in the concrete, part-way down the hole. The SDS+ drill bits and drills can be better at bashing through exceptionally tough concrete. It is always a good idea to leave the resin to set and then give it a jolly good tug, just to make sure. I'm glad it is solid. In a way, having really tough concrete is a good problem to have, but I apologise again for the concern that it caused.]

Delivered bang on time, very well packaged. Instructions are excellent and all the bits in the box make installation a pleasure. Clearly top quality and very well thought out. Fixed it to the concrete floor in about 40 minutes, all very straightforward. Just take your time and have everything to hand. Would recommend.

Well made, tough and exactly what I needed. Just make sure that you have decent concrete to secure to!...This is far more substantial than a similar product that I bought on the high street previously and is recommended.

Last for ever. I had problems though with the resin capsules as my concrete wasn’t good enough and 2 of the capsules just disappeared and didn’t break. Fortunately David at Pragmasis came to my rescue and suggested using the injection resin. He was really helpful and gave lots of suggestions and besides the product being 5 stars, I’m also giving 5 stars for the great customer service. I also bought the 2m Protector 13mm chain and round lock, which is very substantial and easily goes around 3 bikes. I now feel like I can sleep easy keeping my expensive bikes in the shed.

Very well made. Superbly packaged and delivered with a timed slot so no hanging around all day. The instructions and installation video are very clear and really help. The detail in the product and what it comes with are exemplary. It comes with absolutely everything from a marked masonry bit to a brush to remove debris from the threads and holes and a tube to vacuum out the debris. Add a hex screw for a drill and a bolt with a dimple to hammer home the ball bearings. Others should follow this companies service and practice. Excellent Comms to from David. Big enough to secure both a motorcycle chain and cycle chain.

Straightforward to fit using the excellent video instructions. You’ll need a decent drill as mine wasn’t up to the job and I had to borrow a bigger one.

My experience with this company has been second to none. The product arrived In good time with everything I needed to fix and idiot proof instructions. Took a total of about 15mins to fit and now I can rest easy knowing my expensive race bikes are as safe as they can be. Absolute quality and I’m chuffed to bits.

I set the Torc Anchor in new concrete and it’s rock solid. David was incredibly helpful in helping me select what I needed. This ground anchor is super strong and lies flat and out of the way when not being used. I did a lot of research and this has to be the toughest anchor on the market.

Ultimate high standard in bike security. Follow the instructions carefully and you won't go wrong. For particularly high strength concrete floors, as in my case, follow recommendations to drill pilot holes successively larger first. Then finish with the supplied drill to enlarger the holes to their final size to save ruining the drill bit supplied.

I have had a series II torc for several years now. It was in the garage of my old house for years used with a 16mm chain to secure 2 mountain bikes. And is now bolted on to the front of my new house for securing my bike temporarily if I have to nip indoors.
As I now have room to keep my bikes indoors.
There are other very secure ground/wall anchors out there (I own several) but they are big and ugly unlike the torq that is compact by comparison and folds flat when not in use and does not look unsightly on the front of my house. I have an Abus that is similar in design (a moving shackle that folds down) but it has a U shackle rather than a solid D So despite looking every bit as secure as the torc would only need to be cut once were the torc woulD need to be cut twice.

As someone who has used and owned several anchors (Abus, Oxford, Squire and the Pragmasis. I recommend the pragmasis torc Highly, so much so when I needed another the torc was the one I bought.

As a side note the customer service at pragmasis is second to none.
