Just installed my Torc Maxi and I'm very happy! It's a great bit of kit, very comprehensive easy to follow instructions, well packaged and promptly delivered.

I had sourced an ABUS WBA100 but I wasn't impressed and returned it, the Torc Maxi is an obviously superior product!

I will be returning for a chain soon!

I am really impressed with this bit of kit. I'm using it in combination with a 16mm Protector chain and round lock inside my garage to secure my Street Triple. I found it pretty easy to fit and had never used resin capsules before. The instructions are clear, but they also have a Youtube video to explain the procedure as well. I was also well impressed with the attention to detail in the kit by supplying a pipe and little brush to clear the dust out of the holes. This is the sign of a professional company that really wants their customers to have the best experience. If your after a ground anchor I could not recommend this any higher.

Bought a new bike and insurance insists its locked to something fixed with a Gold secure lock. Already had the lock but needed an anchor. Did loads of research and for various reasons decided this was the best. Thickness of the materials, nice big loop means easier to get the bike lock through if not using a chain, choice of fixing kits (means a company that's thought it through) and the used of the ball bearings and covers means no-one will get if off the wall short of demolishing it. Ordered, received quickly. Impressed with the quality and attention to detail with the fixing kit. Not hunting around to find appropriate bits, they're all provided. Took me about 45-60 mins to fit to the wall, but didn't want to make any mistakes and I had to chisel off a thin layer of render to get to the brick and I wanted it to look tidy. Really pleased with the finished product and I guess you couldn't pull if off the wall even with a tow rope, not that I'm trying.

I bought this to go with my Protector 13mm Chain, and RoundLock. Everything you need to fit this product comes with it making my job fitting far simple. Excellent products and great communication, would recommend to all.

I read a lot about ground anchors and this one was competitively priced and got great feedback. Instructions were clear and well thought out. The pack comes with everything you need bar the drill. If you are fixing into block work, definitely get the recommended sub plate to spread the load. Great product!

The quality of the product together with the ease of installation makes this an excellent choice. I recently installed a different brand anchor which cost more, didn't feel as robust and wasn't supplied with half of the useful fitting kit. Great stuff.

This is the third anchor I've purchased.

I`ve bought this anchor to secure my new motorcycle and bicycle with 19mm chain and roundlock. Anchor is perfect size, robust and looks awesome. Anchor will be installed in to newly concstructed reinforced concrete wall.
Installation instructions are very clear, you don`t need to be an advanced DIY-er to install it yourself, basic skill are required.
Delivery was next day and communication with David was excellent. I`m sure if thieves will see the size of the chain and anchor they will simply walk away. You seriously need power tools to cut it and make lot of noise. Very happy with the purchase.

These guys take security very seriously, know their products and are willing to advise to make sure the customer gets best option for the application/s .... my order has included Noose Chains, Round Locks & Dib Locks all keyed alike + Torc Ground Anchors... Excellent communications, good instructions, comprehensive fitting kit (OK, they forgot to send an electric drill!) reasonable price (compared to the competition), fast (48 hour) DPD delivery, and a supplier who appears to give a sh1t. What's not to like.

Hopefully the can grow and flourish without losing their ethos. Oh, and the Anchor does just what it says on the tin.

Bought this to secure our bicycles in my garage - to be fitted to a concrete block wall it needed the extra plate to provide more security. Arrived rapidly and easy to fit, the only challenge being getting the ball bearings in the allen key holes - hammer one in and another one pops out, I guess that means the one that popped out wasn't actually properly located! Got there in the end.

Combine this with a decent chain and lock from Pragmasis and I have peace of mind for our bikes. Better than paying ££ to the house insurance company every year, just lock stuff up properly!

Great advice given by David B, mounted this to the wall of my single skin garage so needed shorter 70mm bolts and fitted using the resin kit. Secured anchor in place with timbers first and needed to be careful to ensure there is enough resin for all 4 bolts. Hammering ball bearings into bolts first is easier but make sure you have a magnet in case you need to remove bolts when there's not enough resin!
[ Pragmasis Comment: Useful idea re using a magnet if you haven't got enough resin in the holes (this is with the injection resin kit). I tend to be perhaps over-generous with volume of resin, but you can usually tell if the resin is being displaced enough as the bolt head gets close to the metalwork - If it looks like there isn't enough resin, then there probably isn't and you should squeeze some more in :-) ]

The product itself is very well engineered with very detailed step by step instructions.
I bought this with a 2m long 13mm chain and Squire padlock to secure my mountain bike to my garage wall. It is well worth the money to be able to rest easy knowing that my pride and joy is as safe as you can make it.

I have purchased the previous version of this anchor and was more than pleased with it. This time the updated version came, it is easy to install with the drill bit, resin kits, tube and brush to ensure a 100% fixing. I am so impressed I'm ordering another 2.

It was pretty obvious from my research that this was the very high quality product I required. David gave me additional advice to suit my installation and the delivery was immediate. Fitting was a breeze and I know that my bikes are safe and secure.

I purchased this along with a 13mm chain for use to secure the bikes in the garage. When researching which was the right set, the information was detailed and gave me everything I needed to decide this was the right choice. The kit came with everything needed to install, which was easy enough. My concrete floor needed me to use a SDS drill which I didn't know until I had vibrated my arms to jelly doing half a hole... luckily had access to one so finished in about 30 mins. Checked it the next day, not a slight bit a give. Completely confident in its security, garage is now safe and makes up for the increasingly senile spaniels.

Great product, easy to fit, and my Mountain bikes are now secure, and more importantly, insured, when i leave them in the back of the truck.

Product seems extremely strong, the details included are clear and everything that’s needed is included or backed up by online information. I wish every DIY item had such detailed instructions! My one suggestion is that it took some time and more than stated, for the resin to turn grey out of the tube I thought I may not have enough and it was very difficult turning the plunger. I should have bought the larger tube for use in a standard gun.
[Pragmasis Comment: Apologies that the resin cartridge was awkward for you. We are looking at offering a larger cartridge, perhaps also a sealant gun, to help on this aspect.]

Bought this to keep both bikes safe when I'm not around. The kit is brilliant, they've thought of everything! Comes with every part you need to make the fitting easy. My only advice is to ideally use an SDS drill as I used a conventional drill bit and drill and it kept sliding loose when drilling the holes. The kit is easy to use and solid once in place. I really like the addiction of the plates to cover the bolt heads as well as the ball bearings. Great idea! I bought this with the 19mm protector chain and round lock. Can't fault this at all! Fast delivery too.
