Delivery

Our standard delivery charge is £3.95 to addresses in the UK.

Delivery is free for orders over £100.

We aim to dispatch within 1 - 3 working days.

We use DHL and Royal Mail. Once dispatched your items will be delivered within 3 working days.

Returns

If you have an issue with your product, please first email us through our contact form to see if we can help resolve your issue.

You can return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for replacement or refund for the costs of the product, excluding delivery costs.

When sending a package to us, please include:

• Your name
• Your order number

Products you return must be complete, without any packaging having been opened and with no missing components, parts or extras.

All returns are inspected upon receipt. Our team can reject and return a product if it is identified that the product has been used.
