If you have an issue with your product, please first email us through our contact form to see if we can help resolve your issue.

You can return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for replacement or refund for the costs of the product, excluding delivery costs.

We are a small team and we're usually busy sleeving chains, putting together fitting kits and packing up orders but we endeavour to reply to all enquiries within 48 hours.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are located and what you've ordered. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 24 hours and most are delivered in the UK within 72 hours of ordering. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days.

Can I track my order?

Yes you can. Throughout your order journey you'll be sent notifications by email. If you specify a mobile phone number you will also get a text message with an estimation of the time of delivery on the day prior to delivery.

What do you charge for delivery?

We subsidise all deliveries, so you only pay £3.95 standard delivery fee for UK orders under £100. Orders over £100 qualify for free delivery. This excludes Highlands & Islands. International deliveries are charged at varying rates.

What couriers do you use?

For UK shipments, we use DHL and Parcelforce. Both of these couriers have proven to be excellent; with superb first-attempt delivery rates and a simple system for the customer to re-schedule deliveries or select a safe place. For international orders we use DHL, Fedex and UPS.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer a wide range of payment methods, including by Credit or Debit Card, PayPal and Klarna, which allows you to pay in 3 installments.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship to many different countries all over the world. However our system isn't set up to calculate shipping rates outside of the UK. Therefore if you are an overseas customer, please contact us via the Customer Service Centre with your address and the products you want and we'll be in touch. Shipping costs will apply and your country may charge import duties, which you are responsible for.
