The Super Dooper Pin is an even-more-upgraded version of our popular Anti-Pinch Pin. This one utilises tungsten carbide inserts and a thicker steel bar and head and is machined to suit the much heavier-duty Squire SS80CS lock. It is aimed particularly at very high security requirements with 22mm and even larger chains. It is normally used with our new Protector Titan 22mm Bare Ended chain.

This listing is for the Super Dooper Pin to suit the Squire SS80CS lock, only. Other locks will not fit.

Note: This listing is for the Super Dooper Pin, only. The padlock is _not_ included and must be purchased separately. Special protective heatshrink, under-head rubber washer and end cap are all included as standard (these are all larger diameter than the similar products for the standard and Super Pins).

Note: The Super Dooper Pin is _not_ compatible with the Protector 19mm chain, sadly, due to the smaller internal clearance on the 19mm chain links. It can be used with the Protector 16mm chain but it is really aimed at 22mm+ chains that offer a matching level of security.

We are manufacturing mainly Super Dooper Pins to suit the Squire SS80CS lock. We also have a small stock of an alternative version to suit the ASSA Abloy PL362 lock - To be listed separately (this listing is for the SS80CS version, only).

Note that these will be sold by 'Usable Length', as distinct to how we have historically sold the standard and Super Pins. There is more information and explanation of the terms and dimensions - please see the 'Tech' tab.

For the Super Dooper Pin for the Squire SS80CS, the Usable Length is given by Nominal Length - 55mm.

We always recommend adding e.g. 4 millimetres to the expected Usable Length to give clearance and to allow for manufacturing tolerances. (The protective rubber washer is 2mm thick, for instance.)

The Super Dooper Pins are always supplied with the protective heatshrink sleeving, under-head rubber washer and end cap all fitted already. Note that these are special for the Super Dooper Pins: The similar protection products for the standard and Super Pins are too small to fit the Super Dooper.

The Super Dooper Pins are supplied with a black electrophoretic finish.
