Give your Pin extra holding power. This oversized washer is designed to fit the Anti-Pinch Pin and Super Pin, effectively enlarging the head of the Pin for situations where the standard head just isn't big enough on its own.
Available in two sizes to match your Pin:
24mm inside diameter — for the Anti-Pinch Pin and Mini-Anti-Pinch Pin
30mm inside diameter — for the Super Pin
Both sizes share the same 120mm outside diameter and 6mm thickness, machined from hardened steel and finished in a durable black electrophoretic coating for a clean, factory-quality look.
Why you'd want one
There may be parts of your motorcycle or other vehicle that you'd like to push the Pin through but the pin's head isn't wide enough to stop it pulling through the opening. The solution? The Anti Pinch Pin Washer. Slide the Pin Washer over the shaft and up against the head, and you've solved that problem.
It's a simple fix with a nice side benefit: because the chain only needs to run to one end of the Pin, you can get away with a shorter length of chain — and locking up your bike becomes quicker and easier too.
How it works
- Fit the washer to the Pin, pushed up against the head
- Slide the Pin through the openings on both sides of the swingarm
- Fit both ends of the chain over the tip of the Pin
- Secure with the lock
Worth noting: this trick only applies to bikes with braced swingarms, so it won't suit every setup — but if yours qualifies, it's a smart way to lock smarter, not harder.

Complete the setup with our self-adhesive rubber protective washers, designed to sit against the side of the Pin Washer for an extra layer of protection.
