Masonry drill, available in 8mm, 10mm, in 12mm and 16mm diameters and both Straight Shank and SDS+ variants.
These drills are usually at least 150mm long but may vary from batch to batch. They are compatible with our Torc and Double Doofer products.
Standard drill bits:
12mm - This is the standard size supplied with the resin kit for the Torc ground anchor. The 12mm SDS+ features a cross-head design, for greater stability and enhanced durability.
16mm - This is the standard size supplied with the expanding bolt kits for the Torc and Double Doofer ground anchors. The 16mm SDS+ features a cross-head design, for greater stability and enhanced durability.
Pilot drill bits:
We also supply 8mm and 10mm drill bits, in straight shank and SDS+ variants, for those who want to drill a pilot hole before using their standard drill bit when fitting a ground anchor. These are good quality drill bits and more than up to the task of drilling into concrete.
