I've got a worn, bent or broken key
There are those who have broken a key or those who will break a key. Accidents happen!
Some keys are more prone to being bent than others. The keys supplied with Pragmasis locks are designed to withstand day-to-day abuse but you can still wear them out if your lock has not been regularly lubricated.
We recommend a silicone or teflon-based lube. Something like a bicycle chain lube will work well.
If you have bent your key, do not try to straighten it, especially in the lock itself. Our advice is to take it to a locksmith who should be able to straighten the key and then create a copy for you.
You can register your key's identity tag and with this you can easily order a replacement key from us.
