Litelok X1

The Litelok X1 D-lock has a shackle diameter of 21 x 24mm and it will fit the following chains:

Protector 11mm

Protector 13mm

Protector 16mm

Protector 19mm

Protector 22mm

As you can see from the image above, it easily fits into our Protector 13mm security chain.

In the image below, you can see that it does fit our Protector 11mm chain but you have to squeeze the X1's rubber-coated sheath through the 11mm link. It's a tight fit but it works. This combination is popular with customers who want to secure their bicycle and wheels but keep their carry weight to a minimum.

Our larger chains have more internal clearance and so the Litelok X1 will fit every chain in the Pragmasis Protector range from 13mm upwards. 

Litelok X3

The Litelok X3 is a larger lock than the X1. It has a shackle diameter of 24 x 27.5mm which will fit into our Protector 13mm, 16mm, 19mm and 22mm chains.

In the picture above, the Litelok X3 is paired with our Protector 13mm chain, with no modifications to the Litelok shackle.

The 13mm does fit but it is tight. Due to the oval shape of the Litelok shackle, the links will only fit in one orientation. Our chain links have a wider diameter towards the centre of the link and inserting the X3 shackle here makes it that bit easier. However the shackle casing is a thick rubber material and Litelok owners have reported that shaving a mllimetre off the rubber sheath at its base makes it easier to slide the chasin links on.
