Yes. The Torc Mega ground anchor can fit chains up to 25mm gauge.

Almax produced several different thicknesses of chain:

Almax Immobiliser Series III - circa 15-16mm thick

Almax Immobiliser Series IV - circa 18-19mm thick

Almax Immobiliser Series V - circa 21-22mm thick

Almax Immobiliser Series VI - circa 25mm thick

All of these will fit through the Torc Mega.
