I’ve lost my keys, can they be replaced?

Our locks are supplied with 3 keys. If you have lost yours, don’t panic, we may be able to help.

When you ordered your lock, the keys will come with a small tag, printed with a unique ID. This ID will enable us to help you replace your key. There is nothing on the lock referring to the key that it pairs with. If you registered your keys with us, please visit your account to see your key number. You can then use this to request a new key.

If you did not register your keys with us, then unfortunately if you don’t have the key number, there is no way for us to replace your key.
