We designed the HS1 hasp & staple to be tougher than virtually any other hasp on the market. It is the first line of defence and one of the most important to get right. This is a summary of its features:
- Hardened 12mm thick staple;
- Coach bolts securing both hasp and staple;
- Fully concealed fixings, for both sides;
- Welded hinge pin - defeats hammering and drilling attacks;
- 5mm thick hasp plates and 12mm thick laser-cut staple - The staple is a close fit with SS50CS etc padlocks so much harder for a thief to attack;
- Eight M8 coach bolt fixings (4 bolts each for both hasp and staple sides) (Choose length required below - add 20mm to the *total* timber thickness);
