I’ve lost my keys, can they be replaced?
If you have lost a Roundlock or DIB key, keep any remaining keys and the metal key-number tag. These help identify the correct key.
I still have a working key
We supply suitable key blanks, but do not currently cut these keys ourselves. You will need a locksmith with the appropriate disc-detainer key-cutting equipment. Take your working key and the metal key-number tag if you have it, and check that the locksmith can handle this type of key before buying a blank.
I have lost every key
Contact us with the lock model, original order details and key number, if available. We can check whether a replacement-key route is available for that lock.
A key number does not guarantee that we can supply a cut replacement. Without a working key or the key number, options are more limited: the outside of the lock does not identify the key it needs.
What about a Squire padlock?
Squire padlocks use different key profiles. Send us photos of any remaining key and the key card, if available, so we can help identify the appropriate replacement route.
